Payroll Payments easy convenient secure Chase Commercial Online provides you with two solutions 1 to meet your payroll needs: Basic Payroll, for companies with basic direct deposit payroll needs, and Premium Payroll SM - Powered by ADP, for companies with advanced payroll needs. Basic Payroll From the Payments and Transfers tab, select the Payroll Payments option. Click the Basic Payroll tab, and then choose Add an Employee. Follow the instructions provided. Enter the employee s information in the fields provided and click Next. once you ve verified that the information entered is correct, click Add Employee. you will receive a message that your employee has been added.
Make a Basic Payroll Payment From the Payments and Transfers tab, select the Payroll Payments option. Click the Basic Payroll tab, and M onday, then June choose, 18 200 Make a payroll payment to make a one-time payment, or Schedule Repeating payroll payment to make repeating payments. Select the employee(s) you wish to pay. If you are scheduling a onetime payment, you may select multiple employees. You can also use the Select All link to select all of your employees. If you are scheduling a repeating payment, you enter payment details for one employee at a time.
Make a Basic Payroll Payment, cont. Step 3 To make a one-time payment, enter information in the fields provided and click Next. Once you ve verified the information entered is correct, click Submit Payment. You will receive a message confirming that your payment has been scheduled. Note: The deliver by date must be at least 2 business days after the Send On date. To schedule a repeating payment, enter the information in the fields provided and click next. Once you ve verified the information entered is correct, click Schedule Payment. You will receive a message confirming that your payment has been scheduled.
View Basic Payroll Activity From the Payments and Transfers tab, select the Payroll Payments option. Click the Basic Payroll tab, and then choose See payroll activity. Review, sort, cancel or inquire about your recently scheduled payroll payment activity.
Premium Payroll SM - Powered by Premium Payroll is our comprehensive payroll solution that can support either one or two different companies under the same Chase Commercial Online profile. Not only are you able to make direct deposit payments to up to 75 employees, but you can also print paper paychecks and pay statements for distribution. Premium Payroll also calculates deductions and generates signature-ready tax forms. Payroll, tax and benefit reports, all of which are viewable online, can help you better manage your payroll records. Additionally, Chase provides a dedicated customer service team to help answer your Premium Payroll questions. If you haven t already activated Premium Payroll, you can request activation by visiting the Payments and Transfers tab and selecting the Payroll Payments option. Click on the Premium Payroll tab, and then click Sign up for Premium Payroll. Before you can begin making payments, you will also need to enter information about the company or companies for which you wish to make payments. Add an Employee From the Payments and Transfers tab, select the Payroll Payments Option. Click the Premium Payroll tab, and then choose Add an Employee. Select the company for which you wish to add employees and click Submit. The Premium Payroll home page will appear in a new window.
Add an Employee, cont. Step 3 On the Premium Payroll home page, select the Employees tab, and then click the Add employee link in the column on the left-hand side of the page. Step 4 Enter the employee s information on each page. Please note that you will be asked to provide employee information, employment information, federal and state tax information, payroll information, deductions, direct deposit information and paid time off information. Once you have entered all required information, you will see an Employee Setup Completion Summary. Once you ve reviewed the information, click Close to return to the Premium Payroll home page.
Make a Premium Payroll Payment From the Payments and Transfers tab, select the Payroll Payments option. Click the Premium Payroll tab, and then choose Make a Payroll Payment. Choose the company for which you wish to make a payroll payment and click Submit. The Premium Payroll home page will appear in a new window.

Note: The Run Payroll link allows you to schedule direct deposit payments for your employees. If you wish to print paper paychecks, you may use the Print Checks link. 2 Step 4 Enter the payroll information requested. You may also: Override employee settings by clicking the Employee Override button. Pay an employee at an additional rate by clicking the Add Row button. Process an additional check for an employee by clicking the Add Check button. Once you have entered all of your payroll information, click Next.
Make a Payroll Payment, cont. Step 5 Once your payroll has been calculated, you will see a preview. Verify that the information is correct and click Finish. View Premium Payroll Reports You will receive a Payroll Completion Summary showing that your payroll payments have been scheduled. Note: If you need to cancel a Premium Payroll payment, please call the Premium Payroll service team at (877) 226-0071. From the Premium Payroll home page, click the Print Reports link.
