10 Under "Privacy," click the Content settings button. 10
11 Scroll down to "Pop-ups," and select Allow all sites to show pop-ups. 11
12 Go to In top right corner, click: Payroll Customer Log-in Link This will direct you to our Payroll log-in screen. Enter the login issued to you by MOSAIC. 12
13 Logging in with your MOSAIC-issued password will prompt you to create a new password and select a security image and passphrase that will be unique to your login. You will also need to select multiple security questions, with your own unique answers. Write down your password somewhere safe, and select security questions that you will remember the answers. Write them down! 13
14 Verify your image and your personal phrase. Enter your password and click the sign-in button. This will direct you to our Payroll home screen. Make sure your popup blocker allows for pop-ups from our payroll server! Your personal phrase Your login name? 14
15 From the home screen click on the company name to open payroll processing. This will open the welcome screen from here choose the Payroll link from the menu on the left. 15
16 Click on Pay Grid. This will open the Pay Grid screen. 16
17 Enter the hours in the Pay Grid. If the Pay Grid does not have enough detail for the chosen employee, go into the Pay Detail screen by clicking on the pay detail column icon next to the selected employees name. Go to the next page for information on the Pay Detail screen. When the pay detail and pay grid are complete and saved click back to main menu 17
18 This is the change detail window. If you do not have detail changes from the Pay Grid, this window will be skipped. From here you can add hours, taxes and deductions. If you need to add a reimbursement it can be done here as a (-$0.00) deduction. You can also generate a second check from this screen by clicking New. When the pay detail and pay grid are complete and saved click back to main menu 18
19 Click Pre-process (to PDF) Make sure the Pre- Process Preview Report box is selected. Press the Continue button This will generate a PDF document that you can check for errors or print before you submit payroll for processing. 19
20 From any of the main payroll pages click Submit Payroll on the left side menu bar. This will take you into the submit payroll review process page. Click Continue to next step. 20
21 Click in boxes to add control amounts from batch totals to check for variances, or leave blank. When done click Save controls, continue to next step. 21
22 Double check the dates and details of the payroll period that you are processing. When finished click Save, Continue to Next Step. 22
23 Review the deductions that are active for this payroll. Do not make changes to these selections at this point. If you need to make changes to this area please contact your MOSAIC account manager. If this looks right, click Save, Continue to Next Step. 23
24 Review the reports that are active for this payroll. Do not make changes to these selections at this point. If you need to make changes to this area please contact your MOSAIC account manager. If this looks right, click Save, Continue to Next Step. 24
25 This final step will submit payroll for processing. If you have special instructions, there is a message window to send a note with the that will be generated upon submission. If at any time you are not sure that you have completed a step properly you can always select Cancel Submit. When you feel payroll is complete check Submit the payroll now AND click Submit Payroll. 25
26 Log-in is Secure and Password Protected. For employee log-in, see our Employee Services Login Guide. Lower level managers can approve payroll without full access to all of the files.
