Master of Human Resources: The Moore School Advantage The Master of Human Resources program at the Darla Moore School of Business offers: World-class faculty Unique partnerships with HR executives of Fortune 500 companies Preparation of graduates for leadership roles in their organizations A strong record of high job placement rates and high starting salaries Program Overview The MHR is a 16-month program, including 27 credit hours of HR-specific coursework, 12 hours of business core courses, a required six-credit-hour internship and an optional overseas immersion trip. Students from any undergraduate major are eligible for admission. Work experience is desired, not required.
