Testimonials What Our Graduates Have Said About the Program Expatriates from Germany, we lived in the States for 4 years and the NC State Business Coaching program was one of the great gifts of our stay! It not only qualified me as an ICF Business Coach it also enabled me to make valuable decisions for my personal career. Filled with knowledge and confidence I quit my old job and founded my own coaching practice PROPELLO, which is picking up and developing continuously. It is no exaggeration: this program was a life-changing experience in the best sense. - Anna Bruegmann, Propello, Hamburg, Germany I was probably the last registrant for the 2013-14 NCSU Business Coaching Certificate Program. I had already successfully coached individuals in organizations and had amassed over 1500 hours as a coach for the Center for Creative Leadership. I wondered what benefit I would derive from this program. All that I can say is: Wow! I learned more about coaching theory competencies and practice that I ever thought possible. I have successfully completed the ICF certification process, for which this program prepared me. I learned more about myself and what I wanted to do and be as a person and as a coach. I have already received a high ROI from my investment in this program, and expect to quadruple my coaching practice within the next year. - Dr. Janice Witt Smith, Chair, The Woman s Advantage, Piedmont Triad Region, Charlotte, NC The Business Coaching Program at NC State University is professional development delivered and practiced in a way that really builds coaching skills. It gave me great insight on coaching. Over the 10-month period, I truly had time to focus on building new skills, sharpening existing skills and improving my own self-awareness. I improved my own effectiveness as a leader as well as my ability to help other leaders and teams become more successful. - Horace McCormick, Fidelity Investments, Raleigh, NC I attended BCC during 2013/2014 program and it was a life changing experience for me. While I am applying my learnings to my employees within my team, this program also helped me grow as a person. BCC has been an excellent investment for my career with immediate returns and I am grateful that such program is right here in Raleigh. - Emel Teksoy, Senior Manager, Cisco Systems, Cary, NC
