SPF HOUSTON MAY 20 th, 2015 MEET YOUR SPEAKERS EMILY AMIZICH Phillips 66 Company, Environmental Engineer Emily Amizich is the business subject matter expert for the Enablon product within Phillips 66. In the Wood River Refinery pilot, she was instrumental in the design and user acceptance testing phases, which included the initial implementation of Enablon s Data Integration module. She is responsible for all air emission reporting for the Wood River Refinery, the 9 th largest refinery in the U.S. Prior to her assignment in Environmental, she spent four years in Process Engineering working on various units and major projects. LEAH CARTWRIGHT Enablon, Senior Subject Matter Expert Leah Cartwright is a Senior Subject Matter Expert at Enablon and currently advises on software design and direction for PSM related products. She is experienced in environmental consulting, specifically permitting, regulatory compliance, audits, feasibility studies, remediation, safety procedures and policies and risk determination. Leah also has ample experience implementing HSE and compliance based software heavily focused on Management of Change. MATT GRAHAM BNSF Railway Company, Director Environmental Matt currently works as Director Environmental Project Controls and Real Estate for BNSF Railway Co. Matt has been with BNSF Railway for over eighteen years holding several positions in the environmental compliance, remediation and hazardous materials functions. Matt has managed many environmental projects for BNSF across their system of 28 States and two Canadian Provinces. Currently Matt leads the financial and project controls functions for BNSF s Environmental Department. In addition, his teams manage BNSF s Environmental Controlled Use program and oversee all environmental aspects for property sales and purchases across the BNSF system. GEOFFREY JANVIER Enablon, Director of Research & Development Geoffrey Janvier heads the Enablon Research & Development team (Engineering) globally. His team is responsible for the design, build and maintenance of Enablon s technology and products. He started at Enablon over 7 years ago as a Software Architect within the Enterprise Risk Management product line. Prior to Enablon, Geoffrey was in the consulting industry where he designed, developed and managed the financial reporting tool for one of the biggest outsourcing projects of 2000s. He is a proud graduate of the Skema Business School, Sophia-Antipolis, France. ALEXIS MERYDITH ERM, Partner Alexis Merydith is a Consultant with ERM s Sustainability Information Solutions practice. Alexis has 25 years of experience in the development and implementation of customs and commercial off-the-shelf software solutions for environmental and compliance data management. She is an innovative professional with a proven ability to leverage software to produce solutions that provide visibility into environmental and compliance information for sustainability professions and that meet the deep domain needs of environmental and compliance professionals. TREY SHAFFER ERM, Senior Partner Trey Shaffer a Senior Partner and ERM s Global Upstream Oil & Gas Sector Leader based in Houston, Texas. He helps clients with a broad range of sustainability, environmental and safety challenges. Prior to joining ERM in 2003, Trey was the Director of Downstream Services for Boots & Coots International Well Control. In 2014, Trey was elected to the SPE International Board of Directors as the HSSE- SR Technical Director. In 2010, he was recognized by the SPE Gulf Coast Section and received the Award for Distinguished Contribution to Petroleum Engineering in the area of HSSE-SR. SEAN O BRIEN Phillips 66 Company, Environmental Director Sean O Brien is the Environmental Director of Refining providing environmental oversight to 14 refineries as well as being responsible for the implementation of an Environmental Management Information System (EMIS). Sean has worked for Phillips 66 for 10 years. For 8 years, he was on the environmental staff at the Sweeny Refinery in which he was responsible for many air related programs. For the last 2 years, he has served as Environmental Director. Prior to joining Phillips 66, Sean worked for 21 years with TRC Environmental Corporation. KAUSHIK PATEL Enablon, Technical Solutions Engineer Kaushik Patel is a Solutions Engineer at Enablon. His education is in the field of Organic Chemistry/Biotechnology from UCLA and Northwestern University. Prior to Enablon, Kaushik worked at multiple companies including Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS), Cytodiagnostics, Inc and Sigma Aldrich (now Merck) in roles varying from product marketing to divisional/business development lead. He has numerous publications in high-impact journals and uses his knowledge to help expand the field of enterprise solutions that include EHS, Chemical Management, Compliance, Training, etc. DAN VOGEL Enablon, Chief Executive Officer Dan Vogel is co-founder of Enablon and has been its Chief Executive Officer and President since it was founded.
