First time user? Here is how to set up an account jump to new online user page Unfortunately, you can only use this page if you are an existing TSC customer. If you are a current customer, and know your customer number, you can easily sign up. For our existing customers who cannot remember their customer number, don t worry, contact our call center at 800-289-5400 or use our live chat feature to retrieve it. If you are not a current customer contact the call center at 800-289-5400 to set up an account, once you do this you can use your customer number to register for an online account. Please note that for security purposes your registry confirmation is sent to the email address we have on record, this email can differ from the one you will have provided to become a new online user.
The easiest way to log in and start shopping The best and quickest way to log into your TSC Apparel account is by using the username and Password fields that are always located in the top right corner of the page. Once you have logged in you will receive a welcome and the fields will be gone. Each week we offer new and updated discounts on all your TSC favorites. Forgot your username or password? jump to forgot password page Your username is the email address that you supplied when registering to become an online user. If you cannot remember the email you gave us simply contact our call center at 800-289-5400 or use our live chat feature. Once you have your username it is easy to retrieve your password, you can ask our customer service or follow a few simple online steps. Below maps out our easy online feature. It all begins by clicking on the Forgot Password link by the sign-in field at the top of every page. First, click on the Forgot Password Link located in the top right corner of the page. Then fill in your username in the field provided and click Submit. Remember the recall question you filled out when you registered? You must plug the answer in and click Submit. This question is required for security purposes. This page means retrieving your password was successful. Your information was sent to the email address that TSC has in our system. This can differ from your username.
What you control in your Account Summary The next two pages illustrate what you can do by using the My Account link, located on the far right side of the navigation bar, everything under this category is related to your TSC Apparel account. We are currently working on the ability to save and edit your shipping addresses and credit cards, when we finish these features they will also be located in your Account Summary. Change My Password This function allows you to change your password, as well as your recall question and answer. Simply change the fields and click Submit. View Open Invoices This function is helpful because it allows you to view currently unpaid orders.
What you control in your Account Summary continued View Paid Invoices This function allows you to review the paid invoices for your online order. Review Recent Orders This function is used to check back at all the online orders you have placed and purchased since registering as an online TSC customer.
What you control in your Account Summary continued My Shipping Addresses STEP ONE This function is a two part process. First you must click on the Manage My Shipping Addresses. Choose which address you either want to edit or set as your your default, then click the Edit button below the address. My Shipping Addresses STEP TWO Once you re in the edit section of a particular address you can change the information, set it as your default shipping address or delete it entirely. After making your changes click Save and you re returned to the Manage My Shipping Addresses page.
TSC works hard to get your goods to you as fast as possible. Once orders are placed they re either ready for pick up or on the shipping truck within two hours, guaranteed! In most circumstances our packages make it you in one day. The most important part to finding out your delivery information is knowing from which warehouse, or possibly mill, your goods were shipped. Typically, your order will come from the warehouse closest to you, if this is the case use the Transit Map located under Help Center in the bottom navigation. You can also search the FedEx tracking number associated with your order. If you ordered directly from the mill there are guidelines that vary depending on from which mill your goods are shipping. If you want to see all the mill guidelines click on the Mill Direct Dropship Guidelines located under Help Center in the bottom navigation, or you can find them on the TSC Direct page. Finding delivery and freight information jump to one day transit map Freight information varies on your order, TSC offers various ways to save on freight charges. First, if you re located close enough to a warehouse you can pick up any order for free. Another option is our incredimills program; if you buy at least $200 from any of our participating mills you re given free FedEx ground shipment. Contact your representative or the call center at 800-289-5400 for details on this program.
How do you order? Placing an online order is not a complicated matter, if you have ever purchased from an online store things should be easy for you, but just in case you need some help here is how our system works in a numbered process. Once you click an the item you want you re taken to the purchasing grid. Here 1. is where you choose the size, color and quantity of the product, as well as the warehouse from where your goods will either be shipped or picked up. 3a. This is the checkout, and it is the last step before submitting your order. Most of the contact and address information will be filled in for you, but, if you notice 3b below, you will need to add more information that pertains to the specific order you are placing. When you choose Add to Cart you will be taken to your shopping cart which 2. lays out the item number, description, price, quantity and total. From here you can either continue shopping and add to your cart, which will take you back to our products, or proceed to checkout, which will take you to the third step. 3b. After making sure your contact and address information are correct you will need to fill in a PO as well as the payment method, billing and shipping information. As you change these fields your price may increase or decrease depending on which options you choose, for example priority shipping costs more.
How do you order? Continued 4. When you re finished click Submit, and you will receive an order confirmation page similar to this one that confirms you have placed an order. Any order placed before 4:30pm will either be ready for pick up or on the shipping truck within two hours. Once your order has been submitted you will receive several documents 5. explaining your order and its processing. First, you will receive an email confirmation and acknowledgement. Second, once the order has been pulled and is ready for pick up or delivery you will receive an invoice both in an email as well as a hardcopy when you receive your goods.
