1 Introduction to online ordering

2 Log into The web address for is: Enter your User Name and Password, click Login.

3 Shipping Location Choose the appropriate ship-to from the list. If there is no list, then there is only one address available. Proceed to the Welcome Screen.

4 Changing Shipping Locations If you have more than one shipping location available to you, and you want to change shipping locations, click the Change Ship-to link. Select the new shipping location from the list. (Please note the shopping cart is not ship-to specific. The shopping cart will be maintained even after changing shipping locations.)

5 Welcome Screen Click on any of the navigation links to get started.

6 Line Item Add You can quickly add a product to the shopping cart if you know the item number by using the Line Item Add feature. Simply enter item number, quantity and unit-of-measure. Click the Add to Cart button.

7 Searching Click the Search link at the top of the page. Enter the search criteria, click the Submit button. Solsta 300

8 Searching Click the item number link to display the details of that item. Enter the Qty to purchase and click the Add to Cart button.

9 Product Detail Page

10 Browse Click the Browse link at the top of the page. Click a product category.

11 Click a product sub-category. Browse

12 Browse Click the item number link to display the details of that item. Enter the Qty to purchase and click the Add to Cart button.

13 Product Detail Page

14 Order Pad Click the Order Pad link at the top of the page. Enter the item numbers, quantity and unit-of-measure of the products you wish to order. Click the Add to Cart button at the bottom of the page.

15 Shopping Cart Click the View link at the top right of the page. Review the order and make any corrections (click Update Cart). Click the Proceed to Checkout button to finish the order.

16 Checkout Payment Info If you are paying by credit card, check the Pay by Credit Card box. Enter the required (*) information.

17 Checkout Submit Order Enter the required information (*) and review the order. Click the Submit Order button.

18 Additional Features Shopping Lists Users can create their own defined shopping lists of frequently purchased items. If an account has a WAXIE Negotiated Price List on certain items, the items will be available in the shopping list area. To access this list, click on the Negotiated Price List link in the shopping list area. User defined shopping lists are also available in the Shopping List Area.

19 Additional Features Shopping Lists To create a shopping list: Option 1 Select the items by using the search or browse features and add them to your shopping cart. Click the View link to view your shopping cart. Click the Create Shopping List button.

20 Additional Features Shopping Lists To create a shopping list: Option 2 Find the items by using the search or browse features and click the item number link to display the product detail page. Click the down arrow next to Add to Existing/New Shopping List and choose a new list or add to current list.

21 Additional Features Shopping Lists Enter the quantity of the items you want to order and then click the Add to Cart button. To remove an item from a list, click the box to the right of the item and click the Remove button. To delete a list completely, click the Delete List button.

22 Additional Features MSDS If a product has a Material Safety Data Sheet, it will be available as an Adobe Acrobat document on the product detail page. First complete a search or browse to find the item with the MSDS. Click on the product link to access the product detail page.

23 Additional Features MSDS From the product detail page, scroll to the bottom to find the link to the MSDS document. Click the link to open the Acrobat document. (Please go to if you need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader program.)

24 Additional Features Edit Account Click the Edit Account link under My Account on the right. You can change your password and password recall question here. Click the Update button.

25 Additional Features Order History You can view Order History by clicking the link under My Account on the right. Enter the time period you wish to view and click the Submit button. The list will show a history of all the items you have purchased during the time period selected.

26 Additional Features Order History Click on the item number link to view a detail month-bymonth history of that item.

27 Additional Features Review Orders To review current orders and orders in history, select the end date for review and click the Submit button. The start date is always 15 days prior to the end date. Click the order number link to view the order.
