RATES 2014-2015 LE CAMÉLÉON ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS ROOM CATEGORY FEATURES Superior Room On the second floor our Superior rooms are the perfect option for couples or single travelers searching for a fancy yet more affordable accommodation to enjoy a longer vacation. One Queen bed, a spacious bathroom with a shower and a private balcony where the higher branches of our lush tropical garden meet your eyes make for a perfect room. Maximum per room: 2 people (2 adults or 1 adult + 1 child). Deluxe Room If you re traveling with a friend or with your young family of four, the Deluxe room is a great option to keep you all together. Located on the bottom floor, this room has two Full size beds, a spacious bathroom with a shower and a private terrace. Maximum per room: 4 people (3 adults + 1 child or 2 adults + 2 children).
Junior Suite Our Junior Suites are our most spacious accommodations. Located on the bottom floor they re the preferred option for honeymooners with luxury and plenty of room in mind. With its delicious King bed and living area with a Full size sofa bed, a spacious bathroom with a shower and a private terrace, this option is also good for a family of three. Maximum per room: 3 people (2 adults + 1 child or 1 adult + 2 children). Suite Le Caméléon Le Caméléon Suite is designed to pamper you. If you re searching for a suite with a unique personality, plenty of room to lounge and enjoy your stay in luxury, Le Caméléon Suite is your perfect choice: Located upstairs the view from the balcony brings peace and contact with nature as the top of our garden thrives at eye-level, attracting tropical birds like toucans, aracaris and hummingbirds. The two rooms in this suite are separated by a wooden sliding door. The first room has a King size bed and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Policies & Conditions RESERVATION POLICIES All reservations must be received in writing to the attention of: Reservations reservations@lecameleonhotel.com Phone: 506-2750-3096 / Fax: 506-2750-0501 All reservation requests of individuals and groups will be processed directly by the reservations department, through an official letter by email or fax. The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations when deposits for each of the cases have not been received on the dates indicated. VOUCHERS All guests must present the voucher when they check in at the hotel; the hotel has an obligation to provide the services specified in the voucher. In case of any eventuality that the customer does not submit the voucher, the agency shall submit a written authorization by informing the hotel that the customer will not present the voucher at check-in. This authorization is proof to the collection of services. PAYMENT DEADLINES INDIVIDUALS (FIT S): 30 days before the check in date. GROUPS: 60 days before the check in date. Payment must be made by deposit or bank transfer to our SPECIFIED bank accounts, the payment will be considered paid after verification of funds received by the hotel.

GUIDE & DRIVER POLICY For 5 to 10 Rooms: $ 85 + tax per room and breakfast for 2 pax. Room subject to availability at time of reservation, located 5 minutes away from the Hotel (Caribbean hill). For reservations of more than 10 rooms: CPL in room and breakfast. CPL S AND INSPECTION POLICY: Applies only to inspections or work for business, pleasure trips the customer must pay the net rate or special rate agreed. Maximum 1 free night, the following night must pay the net rate or special rate agreed plus taxes. No weekend reservations with complementary nights will be accepted. Food & Beverage not included. Maximum 1 complimentary per month, per agency. CANCELLATION POLICIES Cancellations must be sent in writing to the reservation department. The Hotel will send a confirmation of the cancellation is to be effective FITS & GROUPS Low Season (May June & November): 15 days before client arrival will be charged 50% of the total reservation. 7 days before client arrival will be, 100% of the total reservation. For groups over 30 days there is no penalty, 29 days before 50% of the total amount of reservation, and 8 days 100% of the entire reservation. No Show will be penalized 100% of the total reservation. A charge of $ 35.00 will be penalized in case of any cancellation for administrative charges.
High Season and Special Dates & GROUPS FITS (December 01 st to April 30 th July August September & October) 30 days before client arrival will be charged 50% of the total reservation. 20 days before client arrival will be charged 100% of the total reservation. For groups over 60 days there is no penalty, 40 days before 50% of the total amount of reservation, and 30 days before 100% of the entire reservation. NO Show will be penalized 100% of the total reservation. A charge of $ 35.00 will be penalized in case of any cancellation for administrative charges. In case of cancellation ahead of time, returns cannot be made in cash. The Hotel proceeds to make a credit note for a future reservation in the amount of the reservation made less administrative charge of $ 35.00. If at a later date you are booking the fare is higher, you must pay the difference. No refunds for early departure. CHANGES IN NAMES AND DATES: Changes to reservations before the date of 8 days shall be without charge, after 8 days, will be charged $ 10 for each change. FORCE MAJEURE It was agreed that both partners agreed to be exempt from its obligations, in case of and as far as possible a breach of this agreement is delayed or prevented by any cause beyond its control, including without limitation forces of nature such as hurricanes, floods and earthquakes, government orders, fire, or explosion, acts of terrorism in the event place, necessary or essential buildings, seclusion or seizure under legal protest, civilian disturbances within a radius of 10 kilometers from the hotel.
PETS We welcome guide dogs but no other pets at Le Caméléon Boutique Hotel. CODE OF ETHICS The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission and remove from its premises to any guest who does not behave in ethical codes and best practices established.
