Sogaris : A public-private corporation Sogaris is a public-private corporation involved in designing, developing and managing logistics facilities. Created in 1960, its capital is owned up to 80% by the local governments (départements) of Paris and its inner suburbs. 66 employees - Turnover : 41 Million (2010) Sogaris assets include : 479 000 sq.m of warehouses, transit platforms and offices, 120 hectares of land, 51 buildings located in 7 sites in France, 200 corporate clients, a 97 % occupation rate, 5 000 jobs located on Sogaris sites Projects in progress include logistics facilities in Paris and its suburbs and an European logistics platform in Luxemburg.
