Since the company developed the very first French multimodal platform dedicated to the distribution of goods in Rungis in 1967, it has always sought to maintain its position as a forerunner. A pluri-disciplinary logistics operator Platform design Sogaris designs platforms combining high technology, contemporary design and flexibility that are capable of providing solutions for platform users from different business sectors with different requirements. Property engineers An engineering branch, SEGAR, is specialised in the design of freight platforms and acts as head contractor Construction As a developer, Sogaris builds for its own portfolio or for third parties. Whoever the buyer, these constructions meet the most stringent technical, environmental and security standards to guarantee their future occupiers enjoy optimal working conditions. Real estate investment As an active property developer, Sogaris is also acquiring a portfolio of real estate assets adopting a long-term perspective that involves constantly improving the value of the property it owns.
