25 Labour force NL Modalities of time to time agreement are foreseen in the law and defined in a company agreements together with the representatives of the employees and/or the labour unions The employer can agree with the personal representation or the employees on a voluntary timefor-time agreement (for monthly working hours between 160 and 220 hours) The number of hours in the buffer can be defined per company without exceeding 120 hours within a period of one year 25

26 Labour force DE The workers agreeing with the time for time system are paid a monthly bonus Time for time account 6 months, average working time must not exceed 8 hours The maximum monthly work time can be increased by maximum 40 hours. Hours are booked on a time for time account and must be used during the next 12 months. The time for time account is limited to maximum 50 hours. 26
