Responsibilities include ensuring quality service to clients and enhancing clinical skills and expertise within supervisees as they prepare for clinical licensure 1998-2006 Clinical Supervisor, Field Probation Services Provided on-going clinical supervision and case consultation to 12 field services staff including Juvenile Probation Officers, Program Coordinators and the Mental Health Coordinator. 2005-2006 Clinical Supervisor, Community-Based Short Term Treatment Program Provided weekly clinical supervision to the staff of the community-based program. Program goals included bi-weekly cognitive group facilitation, strengths-based case management, and the preservation of protective factors to enable offenders to remain in the community. 1998-2006 Clinical Supervisor, Systemic Family Therapy Provided weekly clinical supervision to six Systemic Family Therapists and interns to ensure adherence to the MST model and to track family s progress towards goal attainment. 1995-2006 Field Work Instructor, Clinical Supervision Provided clinical supervision to graduate MSW students and developed the clinical internship program. Responsibilities included interviewing candidates, providing supervision, developing learning goal contracts, and conducting midterm and final evaluations. 1999-2006 Supervisor, Intern and Volunteer Program Provided supervision/support to intern/volunteer coordinator, developed strategies to expand the program and to recruit diverse interns and volunteers. 1998-2001 Clinical Supervisor, Intensive Supervision Probation (ISP) Provided clinical supervision to ISP Probation Officers monitoring the highest risk clients in the community. Balanced the need for client accountability to probation with the desire to preserve protective factors and use the least restrictive methods necessary to ensure community safety. 1996-1998 Clinical Supervisor, Extended Day Treatment Program Provided clinical supervision to eight day treatment staff in a full day program that incorporated academic classes, cognitive skill sessions, community accountability and transition planning. 3
