Saint Louis, Missouri August 1986 to present CONSULTATION Dr. Lipsmeyer and her partner/husband, Dr. Dunn own and operate Comprehensive Consulting Services located in Saint Louis, Missouri. Their practice provides the full range of organizational consulting services for religious communities, businesses, health care and academic systems throughout the United States, Canada and Central America. Consulting services include: Offering consultation and coaching for leadership teams and individuals in leadership for designing and implementing systemic, organizational interventions. Helping communities with long-range strategic planning as well as working through and implementing change strategies, including mergers and other collaborative efforts. Providing assessment tools for leadership teams to aid in understanding and developing their value base and style of teaming as well ongoing assistance for enhancing team effectiveness. Assisting teams in articulating their mission and developing strategies and action plans for accomplishing their goals. Planning and facilitating assemblies, Chapters and discernment processes as well as training facilitators and coaching those seeking professional development. Helping teams and communities work through resistance to change efforts, reconcile conflict and assisting leadership intervene with people exhibiting difficult behavior, Drs. Lipsmeyer and Dunn have developed and provide training in a relationship model of mutuality called CARE - Conversational Approach to Relational Effectiveness. They have written books and developed the training materials and videos that accompany this work. The training is provided for couples, groups, businesses, teams, and religious communities for strengthening the relationship dimension of their commitments and overall effectiveness. When applied to entire religious congregations and other value-based organizations this training serves as a method for bringing about systemic change and lasting results. In addition to consulting services, Dr. Lipsmeyer has a strong background and expertise in clinical assessment and therapy services. While in the past this was the primary focus of her practice, his practice has evolved and now emphasizes consulting as its focus.
