Amcor Commercial Leadership Development Program Creating a new world of packaging
The Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) is a key part of Amcor s commitment to developing Sales & Marketing excellence and offers participants the ideal platform to start a fast-moving career in Amcor. The 12 month program is designed to combine a Sales & Marketing role with an accelerated learning program. The program combines on the job learning with a learning curriculum that will help support participants in their current and future Sales & Marketing roles within Amcor. You will be involved in real work from day one, making an impact on our business while gaining the skills and knowledge you need for your future career.
We are recruiting for a number of different Sales & Marketing roles in our businesses. These roles include: Key Account Management managing a customer P&L and leading a cross functional team including manufacturing, R&D, and finance Market Management focused on driving growth in a certain segment Commercial Account Management leading commercial and innovation projects with our key accounts Sales Management managing and leading a sales team and driving a culture of outperformance
You will be supported by an intensive learning curriculum delivered twice during the program, one on commencement and one at the end of the 12 months. These learning sessions will be focusing on: Our global Sales & Marketing excellence program, Value Plus, which encompasses best practice thinking tools and training in Sales & Marketing capabilities such as key account management, tactical marketing, value propositions and cross functional team management. Industry challenges and opportunities Amcor s strategic priorities Developing leadership capabilities Self insight and emotional intelligence This curriculum will also allow the opportunity to participate in select sessions of the global Sales & Marketing Leadership Council, and Amcor s global Sales & Marketing excellence initiative, Value Plus.
Undergraduate and Masters level degree, including an MBA or equivalent 3 5 years work experience with some commercial experience that demonstrates a personal focus on development of Sales & Marketing skills Languages English required, and a second language preferred (third for European based participants) Track record of leadership, accomplishments and responsibility
