Service overview of K-Payment Gateway KBank serves as an intermediary between the merchant engaged in e- commerce business and the customer who would like to buy products and services via the internet. Currently, we accept VISA and MasterCard issuing globally KBank is able to make approval 24 hours a day. Merchant is able to choose an approval page to show in both Thai and English languages. Increasing in security by using Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode systems. Merchant is able to customize payment page s theme to fit the theme of his website. Service overview of K-Payment Gateway KBank uses a world -class security system such as SSL-128 bits and 3DES. Encrypted Data

Section 1 Customer s transaction Transaction processes 5. Bank informs a credit card usage to its customer. Customer 3.1 KBank informs an approval result to a customer. 2. Customer makes an online payment on K-Payment Gateway page. KBank 1. Customer logs in to an e-commerce website. Merchant s website 3.2 KBank informs an approval result to a merchant. 4. Merchant makes a settlement and accepts the money in the same day.

4. Customer enters his/her personal details. Merchant s website Customer reads and agrees in the policies and conditions in purchasing before making a payment transaction. Merchant s website

The process will then link to a Bank s payment page in order to allow a customer to enter his/her credit card number, security code, expiry date, country and name of the credit card s issuing bank. KBank s Website 7.1 The system will automatically check whether that credit card has already been registered with Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode or not. If the credit card has already been registered, the system will request the customer to enter his/her password. KBank s Website

7.2 If the credit card has not been registered in Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode, the system will automatically pop-up an online registration page to encourage a customer to register the password immediately. (Applying for the first times only) KBank s Website 7.3 In applying, customer has to enter the credit card details i.e., Expiry date, Date of Birth, Credit Limit, Citizen ID or Passport ID. 7.4 Customer needs to create his/her personal assurance message and password. KBank s Website 7.5 Customer needs to create a question and answer in case of forgetting his/her password. KBank s Website

.6 Customer reads through terms and conditions and ticks into I agree box to accept the agreement. KBank s Website 7.7 Customer is able to use his/her password immediately after finishing the registration processes. KBank s Website

If the credit card is not approved, the system will show the error messages for the reasons why the credit card is unauthorized which can be defined as follow: Insufficient Fund Invalid Card Number Refer to Card Issuer Section 2 Online Merchant Report

Service overview The report shows comprehensively the details of each transaction. Merchant is able to settle (collect money) or void (refund) any transactions via an online merchant report. The settlement options can be classified into 3 types. Automatic: The system will make a settlement for all transactions at 9 p.m. everyday. Semi-Automatic: Merchant has a chance to void any transactions before 9 p.m., then at 9 p.m., the system will proceed the settlement for the rest. Manual: Merchant is able to settle or void any transactions within 5 business days. If a merchant makes a settlement before 9 p.m. on the business day, the money will automatically be transferred to merchant s account in the same day. However, cash will be available on a next business day. Service overview KBank provides the User ID for each user in the company, which has a different role in authorization, which can be categorized as below: User; This group is able to view an online merchant report only. They cannot make settle or void any transactions. Company signatory (authorized persons) This group is able to view, settle and void the transactions. Highly performance with Partial Settlement option Merchant can settle partial amount of money and automatically refund for the rest. The system is currently able to accept both Thai Baht and US Dollar. Merchant is able to view an online merchant report up to last 1 year and merchant is also able to download the report as a soft copy. The merchant is able to identify credit card type and country of credit card s issuing bank that he prefers or does not prefer to accept via K- Payment Gateway.

Service overview Best Feature in Fraud Warning Light system, which will automatically check the credit card details as follow; Country of Credit Card s Issuing Bank Name of Credit Card s Issuing Bank IP Address at the exact location where the transaction was made. The system will analyze the details of credit card and then illustrate the result in 3 colors in which each color is represented the degree of risk that may occur in each transaction. KBank also provides merchant a recommendation message for each transaction. means the system can detect high risk on the transaction. means the system can detect moderate risk on the transaction. means the system can detect low risk on the transaction. Online Merchant Report Screen

Merchant is able to log into an Online Merchant Report via website https://rt05.kasikornbank.com/paymentgateway Merchant is able to view all transactions via Transaction Report menu.

Merchant can view all details of each transaction by clicking on Details. There are many ways that the merchant can search for a specific transaction i.e., searching from Invoice number, Card number, Date of transaction and Transaction type.

Merchant can settle each transaction on Settlement menu. The screen will show only authorized transactions. Merchant is also able to choose each transaction that needs to settle. Merchants are able to settle some amount of money and refund them the rest (Partial Settlement) As soon as the merchant made a settlement, he could see the status of the transaction in Transaction Report menu, which was changed from Authorized to Settled

Merchant can void the transaction on Void menu. The screen will show only an authorized transaction. Merchant is able to choose the transaction that needs to void. As soon as the merchant voided the transaction, they could see the status of the transaction in Transaction Report menu, which was changed from Authorized to Voided

Merchant can view the summary of the transaction amount on Report menu. The report will classify total amount in Thai Baht and US Dollar separately. If merchant has any inquiries, he is able to contact to KBank s officer via Support menu.

Merchant is able to update the profiles, change the password, view sub-merchants and download a manual from Setting menu. Merchant can copy a HTML code, which is used as a code to link between merchant s website and KBank s website from Code Library menu.

Merchant Qualification Standard of Merchant s computer system K-Payment Gateway can support in various operating systems e.g., Windows, Unix and Linux KBank uses a HTML code to link between bank s website and merchant s website. If a merchant needs a real time credit card authorization s information, the merchant needs to apply at least 40 bits of SSL system from Trusted Certification Authorities, which can be registered from www.verisign.com www.digicert.com www.qualityssl.com www.ssl-certificates.com www.geotrust.com Many program computers including Internet Explorer 5.0, Nescape Navigator or Mozilla Firefox, which can be connected to the internet and the internet browser Merchant Qualifications Perspective Merchant Qualifications; Having own website and being able to update the website any time. Registering as a company in Thailand. Locating in Thailand. Establishing more than 1 year and having the registered capital at least 2 million Baht Not selling any products and services against the law e.g. some drugs and medicine, gambling, matching, sexual and time sharing.

Application Processes Merchant can request to apply for K-Payment Gateway service at any KBank s branches. Merchant sends the application form including all supporting documents to KBank s branch. KBank considers the application form and informs the merchant for the approval result, transaction fee and the deposit amount within 2 weeks. KBank will send the merchant User name and Password for logging in to the Online Merchant Report by post. Merchant can link/use K-Payment Gateway service immediately.
