BPO+ Charter Business Process Outsourcing, BPO+ has a unique heritage, which has contributed to our deep understanding of process. We began in 2006 as a Joint venture between an IT & BPO giant from India and Al-Bahja, Oman. Our charter was to provide Business Process Outsourcing services in Qatar. During the 6 years that followed, we earned the opportunity to manage a wide range of processes from the simple to complex, operating across Qatar. Our new name, BPO+, conveys the business impact we generate to our clients and our diversified approach which is Beyond BPO Today, BPO+ is one of the largest BPO & ITES companies in GCC region. BPO+ has a strong presence in various verticals. These verticals form 80% of the demand in the ITES space. BPO+ has grown with clients in these industries and hence understand their needs and is well positioned to service them. Besides a dedicated ITES & BPO arm, BPO+ also has a few strategic investments in the related field of ICT & Web Space and Cloud services.

Ms. Niti Ajit Kumar Karsandas Co-Founder & Director on Board A Commerce graduate from Mumbai University, Ms. Niti Ajit Kumar Karsandas holds a Diploma in Business Management and a certification in Oracle and Novell. She is also on board of the Al Bahja Group of companies.
