Bid Processing Bid Processing page appears allowing Suppliers to search, view and process their bids using various criteria (Published, Ended, Completed). Select Published by eauctions view a list of Current Auctions Click on an auction number to view or process the auction 11

Live Auction You can enter the Auction from the Bidding Events or Auction Bidder Data page by selecting Live Auction. Note: Bidding Events page select gray box beside the auction number before clicking Live Auction. 16

Bidding and Submitting Bid Supplier enters bid price and selects Submit Start Date/Time and End Date/Time and Time Remaining Enter Bid Amount Click Submit Type Message Use the chat function to send questions to the Buyer (only) during the auction. 18
Bid Successfully Submitted Message returns You are about to submit a total bid value for the following items. This operation cannot be undone. Do you want to continue? An opportunity to confirm or cancel each bid submittal is provided 19

Auction Ended Pop up message when Auction has ended. Auction results are review by the Buyer. The Northrop Grumman buyer will contact you with the results. 21
No Sniping Policy Northrop Grumman has a no sniping policy For example: if there is less than a minute for the bid to end and a supplier placed a bid during this timeframe; the system will automatically extend the bid for another two minutes so that all bidders are aware of what just occurred. 22

If they are unable to assist you, they will create a help ticket.
