3 Step 1 Verify your current version of Java. Go to Select Do I have Java? & verify that you have the most recent version of Java. If you do not have Java, select Free Java Download and complete the step by step instructions provided by Java. 3

4 Using Internet Explorer or FireFox navigate to Select Clients from home page Click link within Please click here to download your client portal located towards the middle of the page to start to the client portal download process Follow the step by step instructions; When prompted Do you want to open or save this file, select Open If you are prompted with additional questions such as; Are you sure you want to run this application?, select Yes or Run 4

6 To login to your account, you will need a USER ID & Password. Your USER ID is automatically set by our system and provided to you by Client Services. This can not be changed. You will be provided with a temporary password by Client Services. When you first login you will be asked to change your password. We will not have access to your user password once it has been set by you, but we can reset it for you if you forget. CLIENT PORTAL HOME PAGE 6

7 Click Upload Files That will open a new window with Exit, Add & Edit at the bottom. To upload a file, select Add to open the file submission window. Choose Location: If you have multiple locations or account placement codes, this drop down menu will allow you to differentiate between. File Type: Always select New Business Residential Input File Name: Click Browse and select the file you want to upload from your computer. (ie.-xls, pdf, xlsx, jpg) File note: This section allows you to input more information on what you are uploading into the system. It can be left blank or anything you wish to add for identification. Click Save at the bottom of the page If you have additional files or documents to upload you will be promoted with a Yes or No option Click Exit when complete 7

8 This section will show you how to review individual accounts within your portfolio. Click Work Accounts Select Review Accounts from pop up, Click Ok This will prompt a new window to pop up, which is called a work card

9 1 st : Select Lookup under Work Accounts on the left hand side of the work card. 2 nd : Choose your search criteria. Debtor #: Partners internal consumer account number Name: The consumer s name in the format of Last,First (no spaces) Phone Number: The consumers phone number TaxID/SSN: The consumers full social security number (no dashes) Client Account#: Your internal account number, if you provided to Partners We do not recommend searching with the remaining criteria After selecting your search criteria an alternate window will open with the matching consumer. Double click on the consumer of your choice and his/her information will populate into the work card. 9

10 Work Card Directory Explanations: Work History: Populates the bottom half of the work card with all collection, skip-tracing, administration notes, work-flow updates, etc. on the selected account. Trans History: Populates the bottom half of the work card with the information on all payments or financial changes made on the selected account. PDC List: Populates the bottom half of the work card with any single date post dated or pending payments on the selected account. Documents: Populates the bottom half of the work card with selectable pdf files of the documents provided or received on placed accounts. Work Account: Allows you, the client, to notate an account with your own notes for Partners Staff. Print Account: Allows you to select and print different information from the work card. 10

11 Note a consumer s file to inform us if customer made payment directly, you have been given new address or phone numbers, etc. To note a consumer s account: Select Work Account from the left hand menu Type CL in the Activity field & CRN in the Result1 field (leave all remaining results blank) Enter your note in the large fillable section at the bottom of this page. Once you have completed your note select save at the bottom of the page. 11

Monthly Remittance* *Only viewable through your portal from the 15 th of each month until the last date of the month Other reports are available upon clients request To access your reports: 1 st : Select the Impact Client Portal from tool bar from portal home page 2 nd : Select the Client Portal drop down menu and from there select Reports This will open a new window for you to select your report. 3 rd : Select which report you would like from the drop down menu in the Report Selection screen and then select Ok. 4 th : A white screen will appear; within a few minutes a Save window will pop up; choose the location/path where you would like the report to be saved and click save 5 th : Close white screen by clicking File and Exit from the tool bar 6 th : Retrieve/open the report from the location you choose to save it 12
