Telergy Overall response time by priority This report displays call activity for the desired Call Priorities, Nursing Areas and Event Pairs (call set to call clear). Report compares actual staff response times against established target times. Data is shown in both tabular and graphic formats.

Telergy 13 week historical response time performance This report displays response time trending for the past 13 weeks (3 months). It shows the percentage of calls that were responded to within the target response time. Ideally this chart would remain level or rise slightly from left to right.

Telergy Target / exception details This report builds on the previous section to provide additional details associated with each exception event. Patient names removed for HIPAA purposes.
