ENGINEERING & ENVIRONMENT ENROLMENT & INDUCTION INFORMATION Home & EU students only: Enrolment is entirely online, if you have been unable to, or had difficulty with any aspect of on-line enrolment, you can attend one of the enrolment sessions below. You should enrol before Monday 14 th September. If you have fully completed your online enrolment and uploaded a suitable photograph before you arrive at University then your Smartcard will be available for collection from the venues below. Please bring with you photographic identification such as a passport or driving licence to collect your smartcard. International Students: Self-registration is entirely online, and full instructions on how to do so are available at www.northumbria.ac.uk/newstudent Once you have self-registered, you must attend an enrolment session to complete the enrolment process. You will also receive your student Smartcard when you attend the session and complete your enrolment. Enrolment sessions will be taking place as follows:, Ground Floor, Thursday 10 th to Friday 11th of September from 09.30 to 16.30 Monday 14 th September to Friday 18 th of September from 09.30 to 16.30 Great Hall, First Floor, Sutherland Building Monday 21 st September to Friday 2 nd October (Monday to Friday) from 13:00 to 16:00 The Faculty has organised a Programme Induction which will take place during the week commencing 14 th of September. Your induction timetable can be found below. It is essential that you attend all induction activities to ensure familiarisation with the University and the Programme and to help you to prepare for the academic and social aspects of university life. Please note that events highlighted in blue are optional and can be attended during your free time.
