No Service Fees Purchase additional 2015-16 repertory tickets without service fees via your exclusive hotline, (212) 870-4260, and in person at the Box Office. This benefit does not apply to Nutcracker or specially-priced performances; $3 facility fee applies. You can waive service fees online by signing in at nycballet.com before adding tickets to your cart. If you have yet to register on nycballet.com, call (212) 496-0600 to verify or update the email address on your account. Subscription associates will gladly walk you through the quick and easy registration process. Preferred Rate Single Ticket Purchases Standard Series subscribers and Create Your Own subscribers with six or more performances retain the preferred subscriber rate on additional tickets throughout the season. Identify yourself as a subscriber when purchasing in person at the Box Office or via the subscriber hotline, (212) 870-4260, or sign into nycballet. com before adding tickets to your cart. Please note: the preferred subscriber rate does not apply to Nutcracker or performances on Sept 30, Feb 6 Eve, 11, 19, and May 4. We regret that we cannot replace or refund tickets for performances you miss. Benefits apply only to current New York City Ballet subscribers for the 2015-16 Season, September 22, 2015, though May 29, 2016.
Ticket Exchanges Now Available by Phone* Standard Series subscribers, as well as Create Your Own Series subscribers with six or more performances, exchange tickets at no cost. Create Your Own Series subscribers with five or fewer performances exchange tickets at a $5 fee per ticket. Please note: exchanges can be made by phone and in person at the Box Office only. Exchanges can be made across fall, winter, and spring repertory performances during the 2015-16 Season. Once an exchange has been processed, your original ticket/s will be voided and cannot be used to gain access into the theater. Your exchange must be made no later than one day in advance of your originally scheduled performance. Please have your Subscriber ID Card and ticket/s available when you make your exchange, as well as at least two alternate dates. BY PHONE IN PERSON Call your subscriber hotline at (212) 870-4260. Bring your ticket/s to the David H. Koch Theater Box Office (West 63rd St. & Columbus Ave). *All exchanges are subject to availability and are valid only for paid tickets within the 2015 16 Season. Subscription tickets can not be exchanged in to Sept 30, Oct 11, Feb 6 Eve, 11, 19, May 4, or Nutcracker performances. The difference of ticket cost will be incurred by Standard Series subscribers exchanging out of specially-priced performances.

BY SUBWAY BY BUS BY CAR Take the 1 train to the 66th Street station, or the 1, A, B, C, or D trains to the 59th Street Columbus Circle station. The M5, M7, M11, M66, and M104 bus lines all stop within the Lincoln Center neighborhood. Lincoln Center offers 24-hour secured, indoor parking. TICKETING Lost Tickets and Transfers If your subscription ticket/s have been stolen or misplaced, or if you are unable to attend and would like to transfer your seats for another guest to use, call (212) 870-4260 to make arrangements for replacement ticket/s. Please have your Subscription ID Card available when you place the call. For last minute emergencies before curtain, simply stop by the Box Office when you arrive at the theater for your performance. Ticket Donations If you are unable to use your ticket/s, please consider offering them back to the Company for resale. In the event we are able to resell your ticket/s, you ll receive a tax-deductible notice of your support of the Company.
