1. My Account My Account is your WorldPay Zinc online portal. With My Account, you can: Search for, review and produce reports on all the payments you ve taken Refund or void payments Re-issue and customise receipts Take card payments manually over the phone Make sure payments have reached your bank account Using My Account Log in to your account at worldpayzinc.com/account, using the email address and password you gave us when you applied. 3

2. Refunding & Voiding Payments Refund Payments Payments which are Approved and Settled can be refunded or partially refunded through My Account. You will be charged 75p for each refund transaction. If a partial refund is issued, further partial refunds may be issued so long as the total value does not exceed the original transaction amount. It may take several days for the refund to appear in the cardholder s account. 1. Go to worldpayzinc.com/account and login using your email address and password. 2. Under Take Payment on the top banner click Refund or Void Payments. To refund a payment made in the last 7 days click View Latest Transactions. Alternatively, click Search Transactions and specify search criteria to find the relevant payment. 3. Click View next to the payment you wish to refund. Click the Refund button. (There will only be an option to refund for payments which are both Approved and Settled). 4. In the pop-up box, select either Refund or a Partial Refund and also what type of receipt you wish to issue. If you select Email type the email address in the corresponding field; if you select SMS type the phone number in the corresponding field. 5. Click Refund and Issue Receipt. Once completed, a new transaction record will be generated for this refund. 4

Void Payments Payments which are Approved but Unsettled can be voided in My Account. When you void a payment, the transaction is cancelled. These payments can be voided because the payment has not yet settled (no money has changed hands). You will not be charged for voiding transactions. 1. Go to worldpayzinc.com/account and login using your email address and password. 2. Under Take Payment on the top banner click Refund or Void Payments. To void a payment made in the last 7 days click View Latest Transactions. Alternatively, click Search Transactions and specify search criteria to find the relevant payment. 3. Click View next to the payment you wish to void. Click the Void button. (There will only be an option to void for payments which are Approved but Unsettled). 4. In the pop-up box, select what type of receipt you wish to issue. If you select Email type the email address in the corresponding field; if you select SMS type the phone number in the corresponding field. 5. Click Void and Issue Receipt. Once completed, the transaction record will be updated to say Void (cancelled). 5

3. Taking Payments Over the Phone WorldPay Zinc lets you take payments even when you re not physically with the cardholder and their card. For example, over the phone or by mail order. We call these Card Not Present (CNP) payments. 1. Go to worldpayzinc.com/account. Login to your account using the email address and password you used for your application. 2. Select Take Payment from the menu options at the top of the screen then select Manual Payment. 3. Simply enter the amount for the payment. 4. Next, you can add a Payment Reference so you can identify this transaction later. This might be an invoice number, or you can leave it blank. When you re sure the details are correct, select Take Payment. 5. You will now need to enter the following information into the fields provided: Cardholder name Card number Expiry date Card security code Address line 1 Address line 2 Town/City County/State Postcode Country 6. You will then have the option to email or send a receipt via SMS to the customer. Select the option your customer prefers and enter their email address or phone number. 7. Select Submit to confirm the payment. 6

4. Viewing your Payment History Transaction Reports Selecting Your Report 1. Go to worldpayzinc.com/account and login using your email address and password. 2. Under Payment History in the top menu, click Transaction Summary Reports. 3. On the Transaction Summary Reports page, to search week-by-week figures on Sales, Refunds and Net Total for each of the last 4 weeks click Detailed Summary under 4-Week Summary of Transaction (a). This report shows the total value of transactions (GBP) and the corresponding number (count). 4. On the Transaction Summary Reports page, to view a summary of transactions for a particular period, enter the start and end date in the Date Range fields then click Search (b). You can compare two date ranges by selecting Add Date Range and entering a second date range then click Search. It is also possible to include/exclude cash transactions in the results by selecting or de-selecting Include Cash Transactions. 5. On the Transaction Summary Reports page, to download a PDF report which shows a summary of transactions, select report type (1 Year or 1 Month), select or de-select additional parameters (show void transactions, include cash payments and breakdown of debit and credit card transactions) and click Download Report (c). Refining your report 1. Within your Search by Date Transaction Summary Report, you can select between detailed view (providing breakdown of debit, credit and cash transactions) and simple view (merges this information into one column) (a). Select your view option from the drop-down and click View. Tick the Show void transactions? checkbox to include void transactions in the summary table. Click View to update results. 2. Within your Search by Date Transaction Summary Report, you can compare multiple date ranges by entering a second date range towards the bottom of the page and clicking Add Date Range (b). 3. Download a PDF copy of the data ranges by clicking Generate Report then Download in the pop-up box (c). 8

View Payment Details- Within the Last 7 Days 1. Go to worldpayzinc.com/account and login using your email address and password. 2. Under Payment History in the top menu, select View Latest Transactions to view transactions from either Last 7 Days or Last 24 Hours. Change the dropdown contents and press Search to update results. 3. Decide how many transactions to show per page. Change the dropdown contents and click Search to update results. 4. To download a PDF copy of the data, click Export Data. You can download either the last 24 Hours, or the last 7 Days. 5. To access details of specific transactions, click View next to the individual transaction. In this screen, you can also refund or void the payment, re-issue receipt, view payment location (where applicable) and view cardholder signature (for swipe card transactions). View Payment Details - Using Specific Search Criteria To view transactions older than 7 days, or to find a specific transaction or set of transactions that match one or more criteria. 1. Go to worldpayzinc.com/account and login using your email address and password. 2. To view transactions, under Payment History in the menu, click Search Transactions. 3. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search. 4. Edit the number of transactions seen per page using the dropdown box, and click Export Data to download a PDF of the search results. 9

5. Receipts Re-issue a Receipt 1. Go to worldpayzinc.com/account and login using your email address and password. 2. Under Payment History in the top menu, select View Latest Transactions to view transactions from either Last 7 Days or Last 24 Hours. Change the dropdown contents and press Search to update results. To re-issue receipts for transactions older than 7 days, select Payment History from the top menu then select Search Transactions and specify search criteria to find the relevant payment. 3. Click View next to the payment you wish to re-issue a receipt for. 4. In the transaction details page, click Re-Issue Receipt. 5. In the pop-up box, select what type of receipt you wish to issue. If you select Email type the email address in the corresponding field; if you select SMS type the phone number in the corresponding field. Click Confirm. 10

Customise your Receipt Customise basic options for your receipts. 1. Go to worldpayzinc.com/account and under My Account in the menu, click Configure Receipts. 2. To include location of payment on email and print receipts (when available), turn on mapping functionality using the checkbox. 3. Click Configure Logos to add your logo to email and print receipts. Click the arrow button and select your logo image then Upload & Preview. If you re happy with the preview, click Apply. 4. To test the customised receipt click Send Test Email Receipt or Send Test SMS Receipt. The receipt will be sent to the email address or phone number associated with your account. 11

6. Add your Company Logo To add your business logo to all email and printed receipts as well as the top-left of the My Account Website. 1. Go to worldpayzinc.com/account and under My Account in the menu, click Configure Logo. 2. In the top left corner, click Add your logo here. 3. Click the arrow button and select your logo image then Upload & Preview. 4. If happy with the preview, click Apply for this logo to appear on all future receipts and in the header of the website. 7. Change Password You can change your account password under My Account in the menu. Please note the password change is also reflected in your app login. 12

Do not insert foreign objects into the Chip & PIN keypad or attempt to disassemble it or to repair or modify it in any way. In addition to any injury or damage this could cause, it will invalidate any product warranty that you may otherwise be entitled to.
