MiniPOS - simple mobile payments and card acceptance Welcome to MiniPOS. Thank you for purchasing MiniPOS for your business - the revolutionary mobile phone based Point of Sale terminal. You will soon be enjoying the freedom to accept card payments from you customers wherever you are, and your business is sure to benefit from this mobility. How does it work? MiniPOS uses an application ( app ) on your Android device to process mobile, credit and (coming after Q2 2016) Maestro debit card transactions, in conjunction with a small PIN pad which is linked using secured Bluetooth wireless technology. It s this simple: 1. You enter the amount you wish to charge your customer into the app, add description or choose it from the list. 2. Enter the card data or choose to initiate the PIN pad reader. 3. If you choose to initiate the PIN pad reader, your customers insert their card into your PIN pad and authenticate the transactions using their PIN, just like they would with any other PoS terminal. Alternativly your customer can use swipe to transfer card data to the app or choose to enters card data manually (Virtual Terminal Mode). 4. Depending on your chosen scenario, app displays the signature screen where your customer signs for the purchase (SWIPE or Virtual Terminal Mode) and clicks»accept AND SIGN«to accept the terms, which triggers the app to connects to PayWiser via the internet to get bank authorisation for the transaction. The whole process only takes a maximum of 30 seconds and is fully secure. As far as your customer is concerned it s exactly the same process as paying for something in a shop, with some additional options, should you and your customer choose to use them (SWIPE or manual entry, signing for the purchase). The MiniPOS application is simple to install on your Android device. This guide will help get you up and running as quickly as possible. What do I need? In order to process live card transactions you ll need to arrange the following: 1. Sign-up the company with PayWiser processing gateway and get a merchant account with Clearhaus acquiring bank. 2. A Datecs Bluepad50 PinPad. 3. Download and configure the MiniPOS application (app) from the App store or provided link 4. POS 58mm bluetooth printer (optional)

Basic requirements Merchant account This is a special card accepting account through which the money from transactions (from your customers cards) will be transferred into your bank account. API key API key represents the link to your Merchant ID (MID or Merchant Identification Number with your acquirer) on the MiniPOS account. PIN pad The MiniPOS system can be used with the Bluepad50, BluePad 500 and other units manufactured by Datecs or SZPOS manufacturer. Other manufactures will be added. Take great care of the PIN pad as the security of the MiniPOS system depends upon it. It is designed with tamper resistant, tamper evident technology which means that if it is ever opened or dismantled (this could happen if it is dropped), it will cease to work, permanently. Your customers need to trust the PIN pad as they will be inserting their cards and entering PINs into it, so it should be kept clean and protected carefully when not in use. Additionaly, make sure PIN pad never completly runs out of batter, since this would erase the secure crypto keys and the device would be rendered inoperable and would have to be sent back to manufacturer to restore the crypto keys. Typically it takes 25 days in storage, after low battery warning for this to occur, so never store your PIN pad for longer periods of time without first fully charging it. Android device Android device should run at least OS v4.4 or newer. Make sure it supports resolution of 720 x 1280 px or highe, bluetooth version 1.2 and and it has sufficient free storage. Security Data transfer All communication between involved parties is secured and encrypted with all Payment Security Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Local and payment gateway data storage At no times does any part of the system, neither Android app, or any part MiniPOS and PayWiser system, store, cache or keep any sensitive data like PAN, CVV etc. Any information stored is irreversibly deprived of information that could pose a breach of PCI DSS standards. App security All app settings are stored encrypted and are only accessible to the app itself. MiniPOS will refuse to run on rooted Android device in order to prevent any kind of tampering.

Moneta MONETA is a proprietary payment system from Telekom Slovenia and is currently only enabled for the merchants in Slovenia. Credit Card CREDIT CARD payments enable you to accept payments with credit cards, either by entering card info manually (Virtual Terminal Mode) or by using a reader s SWIPE, NFC or IC capabilities, depending on card type and options available.

Moneta transactions Moneta payments enable mobile subscribers from Telekom Slovenia, Si.mobil Vodafone and other Telcos in the future, to allow their subscribers to make native mobile payments, through a system of wallet logic and vouchers. Your first transaction Moneta uses proprietary technology from Telekom Slovenia and uses USSD to confirm displayed token in order to execute payment. Following steps are needed to do a successful transaction: 1. Request new unique token (a string that the merchant displays to the buyer). 2. Buyer enters this string in the phone and executes a call. 3. App gets transaction status and displays it on screen. 4. User gets an USSD dialog confirming transaction initiation with an SMS message confirming transaction status (success, fail, refund). Transaction Moneta transactions are fairly simple to process. Simply enter the value and choose or enter the description. After you have verified the entry, click on REQUEST TOKEN. A token will display and the 3 minute countdown will begin. Customer should call the displayed token with his phone.

When customer confirms the purchase by calling the displayed string (in this case *180*443#), you will receive a purchase confirmation screen. Click OK to return to the mail Moneta screen. Listing Moneta transactions You may need to check Moneta payments list, which is accessible by clicking on the list icon in the top right corner. A calendar will appear, allowing you to choose the date. Current date is selected as default. Choose a date and click OK to show a list of transactions. Simply click on VOID TRANSACTION and confirm the refund by clicking on YES. Result window follows. Please note that transaction can only be voided for certain period of time, limited within the settlement period or less.

Card transactions Card transactions enable you to accept payments with MasterCard and VISA credit cards. 23 Using MiniPOS as hosted application MiniPOS app enables you to accept mobile and credit card payments wherever you are. Secure communications with PIN pad and processing gateway provide safe, easy and fast processing. We have designed the PayWiser platform around interoperability, where keeping focus on enabling merchants, integrators and developer to use it safely, with ease and secure is our primary concern. With that goal in mind, we want to extend the opportunity to integrate mobile and card payments in ANY Android POS Application, by enabling your application to host the MiniPOS app. Benefits Instead spending months figuring out how to implement card readers, secure payment processing, work flow and spend even more time testing and maintaining the code yourself, you can simply use our MiniPOS app to do that for you, seemingly, from your Android POS application. MiniPOS will appear to be integrated in your solution and you will have full control over the process and will receive full result events. Implementation If you have an Android POS application and would like to enable your customers with mobile and card payments in just a few days, leave the hard work to us and rip all the benefits. We will provide you with instructions, code samples and support. When you finish the implementations we will test and certify your implementation. All your customer needs to do is to follow the instructions from this manual, install the MiniPOS app and start accepting payments. For more info, please write to support@paywiser.si
