In Umbria, on the border with Tuscany positioned among a series of gently rolling hills of a rare beauty leading down to Lake Trasimeno, you can find the residential complex "Le Ginestre di Greppolischieto" The House of your dreams at the bord between Umbria and Tuscany! 1
After numerous experiences and projects completed with notable artistic and commercial acclaim, the architect Nicola De Menna, both an enthusiast of the Umbrian culture and territory and expert in the study of rural architecture and traditions, has now reached a new peak through his work on the Ginestre. In full respect of the remains of pre-existent ancient rural dwellings three hamlets have been created, named Pò Sante di Sopra, Pò Sante di Sotto and Pò Sante di Mezzo. The elements, each distinct from the other, are spread out over the three hamlets and together comprise a building complex also including two splendid communal swimming pools and areas given over to future dining facilities. The residences have been built with the highest quality finishings, the synthesis of modern technologies and the original architectural characteristics of the medieval agricultural hamlet, in full respect of the original features and the classic layout of the original Umbrian farmhouse. This is why the homes of the Ginestre complex cannot be classified simply as country houses but rather as genuine country farmhouses, small villas and rural retreats blended into the countryside between Umbria and Tuscany. An opportunity not to be missed, for anyone searching for a home in a natural environment of considerable value. 2

In a context of notable historical and naturalistic value the farmhouses of the "Le Ginestre di Greppolischieto" complex are the fruit of the restoration and enlargement of ancient rural farmhouses probably dating back as far as the XIII century, and which are naturally perfectly in harmony with the natural setting of Umbria. The building initiative intends to offer clients the chance to buy a country farmhouse within a complex of three distinct rural hamlets, each in an idyllic setting and fully equipped with all modern comforts. The housing project is of great cultural and artistic relevance, fulfilling the increasing demand for rural dwellings in the regions of Umbria and Tuscany, regions internationally renowned for the excellent standard of living of their local lifestyles and for the beauty of their natural surroundings. 3
