Besides, by clicking Details, users can view the plan of the cloud server.

4. Cloud Server Control Panel (continued) Details

4. Cloud Server Control Panel (continued) Cloud Server Power All has a powerful web based control panel. It can manage the server infrastructure from a single console. 8 different types of operations can be performed from cloud server operation. Add Server Start Soft Reboot Hard Reboot Soft Shutdown Force Shutdown Connect Terminate Add a cloud server. Power on the cloud server. Restart the cloud server under software control, without removing power. Restart the computer without first performing any shut down procedure. Turn off the cloud server by performing the shut down procedure. Compulsory turn off the computer without performing the shut down procedure. It shows the way to remote access a certain server. 4. Cloud Server Control Panel (continued) How to add extra Disk to cloud server? STEP 1 Click Disk from the control panel or New Storage in My Control Panel in the dashboard. STEP 2 STEP 3 STEP 4 Click Create Disk from disk control. Select the cloud server which being to adjust. Select server attached storage pool RAID 6 (SASP 6) or server attached storage Pool (SASP M) plans. For SASP 6, the number 6 means raid 6. All SASP 6 virtual disks are assigned dynamically from a local persistent storage on same physical machine as cloud server host. For SASP M, the character M means data mirroring. All SASP M virtual disks are assigned dynamically from a network persistent storage (by CSAN). By default, CSAN works as a pair of servers. In between two servers, there is real time data replication. It means that there is an additional safety of data even one of the storage server has problem. Compare with SASP 6 with SASP M: 1. SASP 6 performance is faster than SASP M. 2. SASP 6 has less flexibility. 3. SASP 6 has less data availability than SASP M. 2. No matter what types of disk are installed in cloud server, the maximum number of hard disks is 8. For the maximum storage capacity, it is limited on number of disks instead of size.

4. Cloud Server Control Panel (continued) STEP 5 STEP 6 Click Check out SASP 6 or Check out SASP M. Click Yes to confirm the action. Once the disk is created successfully, users can view the extra disk list in control panel. If the disk type is SASP 6, users can format that extra disk and mount it up to your Cloud Server.
