2 1. Cloud Data Center The cloud computer concept shifts the computing model in the business environment from one based on traditional physical hardware tied to one location, to a virtual model of computing. Customers gain access to enhanced computing power and software applications from any location, any time, and from any end device. The service is built on a secure platform that provides data encryption, authorization of remote users, remote data wipeout on stolen devices. The secure cloud computing infrastructure ensures that end customers are protected from identified security threats and includes antivirus protection for cloud computers. 2. Login to ICT Marketplace Portal The ICT Marketplace Portal login page is shown in figure 1. Company administrator (primary UserAdmin) with corresponding credentials (username/password) is created automatically upon the company profile creation End user account (User) with corresponding credentials (username/password) is created by the UserAdmin of the company in the ICT Marketplace Portal In case the option "Remember me" (1) is checked the user session will be remembered. The browser session will be terminated after a certain inactive period, but the portal session will remain active in the background. After refreshing the page, the user is allowed to continue his previous work. If the user forgets his password, the option "Forgot your password?" (2) will initiate the password recovery process. If the user needs additional clarifications the option "register" (3) is available it redirects the user to the Telecom User support pages. If the user enters an incorrect username or password, the ICT Marketplace Portal shows a corresponding message, shown in figure 2. Figure 1. Login page for ICT Marketplace Portal 1
