DRAWING UPON OUR DIRECTLY EMPLOYED FABRIC, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOFT SERVICE TEAMS, WE FOCUS ON SELF DELIVERY. We promote cross discipline multi skilling throughout our teams providing a fast and effective response and high first fix rates. Our maintenance teams are based throughout the UK and Ireland, operating from regional offices supplemented by a network of local, quality assured supply chain partners. Across our operations, matters of Safety, Health, the Environment and Quality (SHEQ) are of paramount importance. We have in place an accredited Integrated Management system founded on the principles of Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 14001) and Health and Safety (OHSAS 18001), which governs our ongoing operations together with senior management commitment to ensure that these standards are maintained throughout. 4 & 5

HARD FM BUILDING FABRIC MAINTENANCE & INSTALLATIONS We provide a wide range of fabric maintenance services ranging from standard handyman tasks such as installing shelves and notice boards, repairing door closers and touching up paintwork to more specialised fabric related tasks including roofing, carpet fitting, painting and decorating and joinery works. DRAWING UPON THE RESOURCES OF THE GRAHAM FM BUILDING MAINTENANCE AND INSTALLATIONS TEAMS, WE CAN DIRECTLY DELIVER BUILDING AND REFURBISHMENT PROJECTS OF VARYING SCALE AND COMPLEXITY. MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL We support all technical aspects of facilities, through a combination of planned, reactive and/or life cycle maintenance for all mechanical and electrical services including specialist systems. All mechanical and electrical activities undertaken comply with current Statutory and Health & Safety legislation. We undertake reactive maintenance works for all services including 24-hour emergency call outs using our highly experienced, directly employed teams. The services we provide include: Mechanical Services: Gas and oil fired boiler maintenance, maintenance of air conditioning and air handling units, management of BMS systems, LEV maintenance and testing and minor works installations. Electrical Services: Emergency lighting testing and maintenance, periodic electrical inspection, reactive electrical maintenance and repair services, thermal imaging, voltage optimisation and minor works installations. 6 & 7

SOFT FM REACTIVE RESPONSE We provide an effective reactive response to all service requests, drawing upon both dedicated on-site facilities and maintenance teams and mobile maintenance teams, located throughout the UK and Ireland. LANDSCAPE & GROUNDS MAINTENANCE We offer a fully comprehensive service covering all aspects of grounds maintenance and landscaping, including maintenance of sports grounds and associated engineering services. SECURITY SERVICES The security services we provide include all aspects of manned and electronic solutions. With manned security we provide a full time guarding service, mobile patrols and key holding services. With respect to electronic systems, we install and maintain CCTV, access control, intruder and perimeter alarms of all types. We also manage and operate control rooms and the entire system infrastructure. FRONT OF HOUSE SERVICES The front of house services we provide include telephony, reception, porterage, 24/7/365 helpdesk, mail room, offsite storage (archiving and retrieval) and reprographics. CATERING SERVICES Our catering service ranges from the provision of a full on-site restaurant facility through to refreshments for meeting and conference rooms and provision of a sandwich/beverage service. We also organise catering for special functions to suit client s bespoke requirements. Our vending support includes providing all types of machines for hot and cold drinks and snacks. CLEANING & JANITORIAL SERVICES We provide comprehensive solutions to all cleaning needs, from daily office cleaning to specialist cleaning services such as ventilation hygiene services including supply and extract cleaning and disinfection to HVCA s Guide to Good Practice, TR19. Our janitorial teams frequently provide the first line of response that deals with day to day issues onsite, and fulfil many valuable duties across operations, including porterage, opening/closing procedures, reactive cleaning/repair, furniture moves and set up, escorting supply chain partners, asset management, litter picking amongst others. 8 & 9

ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES We provide a wide range of occupational health and safety services, designed to enable our clients to comply with their statutory obligations, through our dedicated Environmental Services division, drawing upon our dedicated team of environmental surveyors and technicians. WATER HYGIENE A total water hygiene, legionella consultancy and risk management service. AIR QUALITY A wide range of air quality services ranging from the inspection, testing and assessment of indoor air quality to local exhaust ventilation testing, maintenance and ventilation hygiene services. FIRE RISK MANAGEMENT The provision of fire risk assessment and consultancy services. ASBESTOS MANAGEMENT Provision of asbestos risk management, consultancy services including surveys and removal. ENERGY MANAGEMENT A total energy management and consultancy service. 10 & 11
