Who are we? Business Watch was established in 1996 initially to provide security services across Shropshire. Since then, the company has expanded its horizons and now concentrates its efforts across the North West Midlands, The Black Country and Mid Wales. Our Industry Standing We are a Security Industry Authority (SIA) Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) organization with a triple figure audited score, placing us within the Top 10% of all security guarding companies in the UK. The company is also accredited by UKAS to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and holds the relevant British Standards for Security Vetting, Manned Security Services and Keyholding & Alarm Response. 3 I need a CCTV system but my budget isn t big enough. The Centurion Camera... A low cost, portable, video monitoring security surveillance camera for remote locations A rugged outdoor stand alone wireless surveillance camera with digital image recording function. Integrated night vision and an inbuilt solar panel giving extra long battery life. Images are admissible as evidence in any court proceedings. Movement triggers the camera to automatically capture a 10 second video clip and forwards the recording via the GPRS mobile phone network to your alarm receiving centre. No mains power or telephone/broadband line needed. Purchase, long and short term rental options available

4 I get called in the middle of the night by my Alarm Centre advising that the intruder alarm at my business has activated and could I attend the site? Keyholding & Alarm Response Business Watch holds keys to your site, plus detailed assignment instructions relating to access codes, lock & unlock procedures and a layout of the building. We will despatch an SIA Licenced Security Officer in a highly visible patrol vehicle to your site. The officer will complete an exterior patrol of the site to look for signs of a break in and then enter the building, taking note from your intruder alarm panel of the activated area. Dependant upon the severity of the activation the officer may call for police assistance and your attendance. e.g. a break in or an intruder caught on site. In the event of a false alarm the officer would re-secure the building. The following morning you will receive an Incident Report detailing the cause of the activation and the actions taken by the security officer. Accompanied Attendance You may decide that rather than having a full Keyholding & Alarm Response service you may prefer to attend all Alarm Activations yourself but for your own security would like to be met by a Security Officer before entering your building. 5 I believe that I need a service that offers a more pro-active approach than Keyholding & Alarm Response but I haven t the budget for CCTV Cameras or Security Officers. Mobile Patrols A visible deterrent, one of our fleet of high visibility mobile patrol vehicles will attend your site for up to 3 random visits per night with up to 6 visits in a 24 hour period at weekends and on Bank Holidays. During each visit the officer would externally patrol the site to check for signs of forced entry. Whilst patrolling, the officer would clock strategically placed electronic check points to provide you with a report detailing when he or she checked each area of the site. Coupled with the Keyholding & Alarm Response service, mobile patrols provide a totally pro-active security solution. 5 Product & Services - Business Watch

6 I need to ensure that my building / business park is unlocked at a specific time every morning and locked up at an agreed time every night, but I don t have the resource, the staff, nor the time to do it myself? Open and Lock Service Our fleet of mobile patrol vehicles and SIA Licenced Security Officers will give you the freedom to deal with your own priorities whilst ensuring that your commitments to your staff and tenants are met. Flexible arrangements can be agreed to cover your requirements every working day, or if you prefer on nominated days of the week. Prior to lock-up, the site is patrolled and checked to ensure that all staff have left. Your keys are held in a locked security safe and are in adherence to BS7984:2008. 7 I manage a commercial portfolio of properties which encompasses a large geographic area. Legally I am compelled to complete regular void property inspections however I have such a heavy work load that I am struggling to meet this commitment to my customers. Void Property Inspections We will carry out inspection visits, followed by an ed report to your desktop within 12 hours updating and advising you of any maintenance or default issues. Mobile patrol officers available and on the road during daylight hours. 8 Within my remit of responsibilities is the effective management of the car park. I am aware that people are parking without authority or a permit but I don t want to confront them directly myself. Car Park Management Our car park officers can attend your car park at randomly selected times, check all permits and issue parking charge notices to those parked without permission. Business Watch is a member of the British Parking Association and therefore authorised to issue parking charge notices and collect fines. Business Watch will produce the necessary warning signs that have to be displayed and can also provide car park permits to your design. Secure on-line payment of fines. 9 I have staff members who work alone at night and I have to legally provide for their health and safety. Lone Worker Protection Business Watch operates a 24 hour per day, 7 day per week Operations control room. Suppliers of Monitored Lone Worker GPS devices to suit every application and fulfill duty of care obligations. We can provide a once per hour check call system during night time hours coupled with an escalation process resulting in a security officer attending site if all other means of communication fail. 10 From time to time I require additional support with security, due to events or when my in-house security team cannot fulfil the required shifts due to employee holidays and sickness Ad Hoc and Temporary Security Officers... Business Watch have a pool of SIA Licenced relief staff available to cover all contingencies. Special Event Security Contracted Security Guards Business Watch can also provide long term contracted security officers.
