In the event that you cancel your registration TPC will not accept returned program materials and all materials shall remain the property of you. Participant Cancellations All registrations are considered complete at the time of payment. You may transfer your booking to another participant no later than 14 days prior to the program start. No refunds will be given for cancellations for the entire program or part thereof. Should you be unable to attend one or more interactive distance learning session you will forfeit that session/s which may impact receipt of a Certificate of Completion.
