Wellnomics Risk Management Server Hosted by Wellnomics Ltd Signup instructions for the End User Wellnomics Risk Management is a series of assessments, designed to help you to manage your exposure to computer-based risks. Some of the assessments receive their inputs through a set on online questionnaires which you complete using your web browser, while other assessments receive their inputs automatically from a piece of software called WorkPace, that you will need to install onto your PC. Depending on the Wellnomics Risk Management site that you are signing up to, you may be licensed for either the online questionnaire assessments, or the WorkPace software assessments, or both. This document will guide you through the process of signing up as a new user, (optionally) downloading and installing the WorkPace software on your own PC, and activating your online account. Contents Site Registration... 2 Activate your Account... 3 Download and Install WorkPace... 4 Logging into your Account... 6

Page 2 Site Registration Navigate to the site URL that you have been provided by your consultant, and click on the New user link. You will be prompted to provide the following information before the activation process can begin: Email First name Last name Registration will be limited to certain pre-defined email address patterns for your organization. For example, in the below illustration, registration has been restricted to email addresses that end with @zambozo.com. Click on the Send activation link button to begin the activation process. If however, the email address you have used does not match with any of the pre-defined email address patterns, you will receive the following error:

Page 3 Activate your Account It may take several minutes, but you should receive an email with instructions on how to activate your account for Wellnomics Risk Management: Please click on the link as instructed, to complete the online registration process. Page 4 Download and Install WorkPace If this server is licensed for the WorkPace software assessments, you will be prompted to activate your account by downloading and installing WorkPace. When you select the Click here link, you may get different results depending on which browser you are using and how that browser is configured. We recommend that you use your browser s file download Save As function to save the WorkPace download to your Windows Desktop. This is to make it easy for you to find and run after the download is complete. Once the download is completed, you may double-click on the downloaded application to automatically install WorkPace and configure it to connect to the online server. in the Windows system tray (in the bottom- While WorkPace is installing, you may see the installation icon right corner of your screen).

Once WorkPace has finished installing it will start automatically, and you should see the three following icons on the Windows system tray: Page 5 The cross through the WorkPace icon signifies that WorkPace is currently in Standby mode, as it has not yet been activated. Shortly thereafter, WorkPace will prompt you to activate your online account. What this is doing is creating a connection between WorkPace installed on your local PC with your online Wellnomics Risk Management account. Clicking on the "OK" button will launch your web browser, and direct you to complete your activation. If you click on the "Cancel" button, WorkPace will remain on Standby until it is activated. To retry the activation just doubleclick on the WorkPace icon in the Windows system tray or restart WorkPace. Please note that if you still had your Wellnomics Risk Management website page open from the previous section then the activation will complete automatically. After completing your activation please click the "OK" button on the WorkPace prompt shown below to signal WorkPace to begin synchronizing with the server. Once you have successfully signed up and synchronized with the server you will be able to access up-to-date risk reporting on your computer use through the "View My Risk Profile" links on the WorkPace Status Panel. You should also see the three following icons on the Windows system tray: Note that WorkPace is no longer in Standby mode.
