Wind speed was set at 35 mph. Aluminum Oxide dust with a particle size of 50 microns was introduced into the wind stream at a rate of 46 grams per minute. Testing continued continuously for 1 hour. Visual and photographic observations were made of dust penetrating the test specimen. The accumulated dust which penetrated the specimen was collected and weighed.
