RELEVANT EXPERIENCE PRESBYTERIAN HOME OF MARYLAND JigSaw Marketing Solutions provided public affairs support to Presbyterian Home of Maryland, who is proposing the development of a new continuing care retirement community, the first in Harford County. To combat negative perceptions, JigSaw developed a comprehensive strategy which included creating and disseminating Frequently Asked Questions, preparing the development team for a community input meeting, several press releases, a letter to the editor of the local newspaper and the development of a new website and Facebook page for the proposed CCRC. These efforts have helped ensure more balanced media coverage and protect the reputation of Presbyterian Home of Maryland so when the time comes to open the sales process, there will not be a negative association with the PHM brand. JigSaw anticipates a need and fulfills it. Minimal guidance and facetim is needed, although interaction is always a pleasurable partnership and extremely professional. A home run. Heather Lamont, Direct of Marketing, Presbyterian Home of Maryland HABITAT FOR HUMANITY SUSQUEHANNA JigSaw was retained by Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna to search, identify and track local media opportunities to highlight its annual Build Blitz in which it partnered with Lennar Homes to build two homes in five days. Through an aggressive media outreach schedule, we were able to secure publicity that included five hours of on-site television coverage by the local Fox affiliate as well as additional print and online coverage. The return on investment of hiring JigSaw Marketing Solutions is immeasurable, and continues to grow. Working with many firms like this over the years, I can say that JigSaw not only has our mission and our best interests at heart, but they are the most professional public relations experts I have encountered. Caroline Adolph, Development Director, Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna HEALTHY HARFORD (Harford County Health Department and Upper Chesapeake Medical Center) For three years, JigSaw has supported Healthy Harford, a coalition of local government agencies, businesses, nonprofits and citizens dedicated to improving the health of Harford County residents, with PR support to drive attendance to its annual Healthy Harford Day event. Tactics included two pre-event press releases, a media advisory/invitation, media outreach and a post-event press release. JigSaw was also on hand at the event to greet media and take photos for use on the website and social media. With JigSaw s help, Healthy Harford Day went from attracting 300 residents in 2012 to more than 1,500 in 2014 while more than doubling its participating vendors. It has been a pleasure working with JigSaw to promote Healthy Harford Day and announce the launch of the Healthy Harford Healthy Restaurant designation program. I couldn t have been more impressed with their work. Attendance at this year s Healthy Harford Day tripled from last year while the number of participating vendors doubled, and I am certain the extensive media coverage JigSaw was able to obtain for us played a significant role in that growth.
