And even when you then enter the updated password on your device(s), if the account is locked, the device will not save your credentials. Thus it is vital that you follow the instructions below, according to your device make and model, to ensure you minimize the risk of locking your account. It is important to note that you need to change the password on ALL mobile devices/laptops that access the Board s wireless network and/or your Board email account or you run the risk of locking your account. Short of supplying the configuration settings below to assist you with modifying your password for your Board email to a personal mobile device, as well as providing instructions for modifying your password to the Board s wireless, this is the extent of the Board s Enterprise Help Desk support of personal mobile devices/computers. You may need to contact your mobile provider and/or device manufacturer for further assistance. If you suspect your account is locked, you can either wait 30 minutes and try these instructions again or contact the Help Desk at 905 727 0022 ext. 4357 to have them unlock your Board account.
