THE INCLUSIVE PACKAGE COMPRISES 95.00 per month Dedicated telephone answering This service can be adapted to meet your individual business needs. Inbound calls arrive via your own dedicated telephone line are answered in your company name, Monday to Friday 8.00am 6.00pm. Callers can be connected to an external number of your choice. By advising the Business Centre of your schedule we can individually adapt your service enabling us to offer you and your customers a personalised and professional service. So, if you are unavailable to receive a call it can be transferred to your own personal voicemail box or, if you prefer, an email message can be taken for you - however your voicemail box also includes a voicemail to email service. Mail forwarding and holding service You may have all company correspondence sent directly to Hartham Park. Your incoming mail can either be forwarded to you by first-class post or kept secure in the Business Centre for your collection.
