OUR COMPANY A Top Player in Europe. The DC Aviation Company originated in 2007 from DaimlerChrysler Aviation, a subsidiary of Daimler- Chrysler AG established in 1998. Due to our history, we have extensive aircraft management experience at our disposal. With more than 330 employees at our Stuttgart site and other international branches, we currently operate one of the largest and most modern business jet fleets in Europe. Measured by fleet structure and safety certifications, DC Aviation is Germany s market leader and is among the top four providers worldwide. MAXIMUM OPERATIONAL READINESS At your service: over 330 highly qualified employees. Your Key Account Manager is at your disposal as a permanent contact person for all of your questions and requests. Even beyond this, DC Aviation s emphasis is on very personal service: Our cockpit personnel are recruited, trained, and regularly monitored according to strict Lufthansa guidelines. To guarantee maximum operational readiness, we have a large number of highly competent and experienced pilots on hand. Even our cabin personnel undergo intensive training and continuing education. This includes regular training at Lufthansa Flight Training GmbH. Within this renowned training center, our flight personnel are trained in the topics of rescue and safety, fire-fighting and handling hazardous materials, to name a few. We also train our cabin personnel in the areas of security und crew resource management. Your health is also in good hands at DC Aviation: in annual first aid training sessions, our cabin personnel is trained in the use of defibrillators. The most modern automated defibrillators are on hand in all of our aircraft. The med con team is also available to assist us in medical emergencies. The team s 24/7 alarm center specializes in tele-medical assistance during flight. Via telecommunication, especially well trained experts guide the first-aid crewmembers through critical situations in a professional manner. Comprehensive and regular training as well as continuing education in VIP Service round out our extensive training program. These training programs, conducted by renowned training service providers, include among other things the topics of intercultural competence, wine and menu knowledge, and sophisticated catering service. 13

Only trained flight planners are employed in our Operations Control Center (OCC). The OCC is available for you in 24/7 operating 365 days a year, and it is always ready to adjust your flight plans as needed, even in the event of short-notice date changes. Due to the large number of flights that we complete on a daily basis, we can easily obtain landing approvals and flyover rights around the globe. We are members of the Visa Waiver Program and possess an unlimited license for flights in the USA. We have a great deal of experience in the boom regions of Asia, in Russia and in the Arabian region. For comparison: Germany s most important globally operating scheduled flight company flew to a total of 220 different destinations in 2013 DC Aviation landed in 488 airports during the same time period. 100 percent service. SAFETY OF THE HIGHEST STANDARD Safety is the corporate philosophy that we live by. When it comes to safety at the airline level, we set a new standard in Business Aviation. We are the only German company and one of only four business aviation companies worldwide to submit ourselves to the IATA Operational Safety Audit, known as IOSA for short. This is a uniform, worldwide, extremely rigorous safety and quality audit, which is stipulated as mandatory for scheduled flight companies but not for business aviation providers. The number of incidents and accidents for IOSA-certified flight operators is 77% lower than for companies without the certificate. The quality seal of IATA stands for the most demanding standard available on the market, a standard by which the operative management and controlling systems of an airline company are analyzed for operational safety and quality assurance. The audit is carried out by independent external companies that are certified by the IATA. The audit of DC Aviation was carried out by five auditors, who inspected more than 1000 standards and processes again in 2014. As in previous years, we received an assessment of very good. Our extremely strong safety orientation already earned us considerable distinctions in the past thus we were one of only three providers to receive the Platinum Safety of Flight Award for 100,000 incident-free flight hours in 2012. 17

FLIGHT ROUTINE AT PAR WITH THE BEST AIRLINES Safety is Experience. The concept of safety through routine forms an integral element of DC Aviation s corporate philosophy. When still a subsidiary of the DaimlerChrysler AG, DC Aviation handled the entire regular shuttle traffic between the two corporate headquarters in Stuttgart and Detroit. During this period alone, we performed approximately 30,000 flight hours on the Airbus and more than 18,000 flight hours with our Citation-XLS(+) fleet. This unusually extensive flight experience with a diverse fleet is a unique advantage DC Aviation has to offer. 22
PERFECT MAINTENANCE GUARANTEED Maximum conservation of value, maximum safety. We have extensive competence with respect to the maintenance of a wide variety of airplane types last but not least thanks to close collaboration with the manufacturers. Because of this, we are able to procure spare parts very quickly, and can guarantee uncomplicated warranty management. At our site on Stuttgart Airport, we operate one of the largest hangars in the industry consisting of about 5,000 square meters. Among other things, we have at our disposal spare parts valued at more than 6.5 million Euro, as well as special tools for specific airplane types, test equipment, and a Maintenance Logistics Center. We also independently carry out unexpected repair work that may arise, quickly and flexibly. We will develop a maintenance program for your jet that is specifically designed for your flight requirements. All of the EASA conditions for upholding and certifying airworthiness are met with the complete CAMO+ certification. These and other measures form a secure basis for the sustained conservation of value and maximum availability of your machine.
