5 OUR SERVICES We provide medical escort on commercial flights for patients either on a stretcher or as a sitting patient in a specified service class escorted by a physician, a paramedic or both, if required. Should a patient require a dedicated air ambulance aircraft we are ready to provide it to our customers. Ground transportation to and from the airport accompanied by the medical escort, can also be arranged. At TrustAir Aviation, we are at your disposal 24 hours a day, to accommodate all your air ambulance needs at the maximum level of safety, comfort and efficiency. Our air ambulance specialists main goal is to provide smooth and comfortable, 100% worry-free, complete bed to bed or wing to wing air ambulance transports. Our complete air medical transportation service ensures continuity of quality care to all our patients whether it is a critical care flight or a basic life support mission.

7 COMPETENCIES Depending on the status of the patient and the probable complications during the transport, we provide different specialist(s) as an escort. ambulance nurse escorting patients, who are able to move and communicate without assistance Our medical transport activity by a special ambulance aircraft or by a commercial flight covers the following areas: transport of a patient in need of oxygen supply and intensive care transport of a patient in need of special fixation transport of a seriously infectious patient transport of infants and children transport of transplantation teams and organs ambulance officer escorting more serious, yet conscious patients, controlling the prescribed and adjusted medical treatment (infusion, medication) during the transport emergency or intensive care specialist escorting severely ill, unconscious, ventilated patients in critical condition, controlling and (if needed) modifying the prescribed and adjusted medical treatment (infusion, medication) On board of our special ambulance aircrafts both the ambulance officer and the specialists are always available as a standard medical crew.

8 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Most important experience of our team in the field of aero-medical profession is re-establishment of the helicopter rescue service in Hungary. It took only about a year to set our goals, write a concept, register the new enterprise and dispatch the first helicopter to the first mission. During the 6-years long period of management of the air rescue system, new facilities were opened, new bases were built, the accessibility improved and the opportunities for rescue became more equal. We also created the most modern helicopter fleet in Hungary, and organized a wide range training program: simulator training for pilots, practical training for the mechanics and professional conferences for medical workers, just to name a few. We introduced an SMS (Safety Management System) and a new regulation system and we also started flight coordination and flight tracking service. We had more than rescue missions, flight hours, and take offs and landings. Over the last four years our physicians have flown over 400 international repatriation missions and have worked in an international multi-cultural environment to be prepared for the new challenges at TrustAir Aviation.

10 AIRCRAFT FLEET PIPER PA-42 CHEYENNE IIIA Our Piper PA-42 Cheyenne IIIA is a double stretcher air ambulance aircraft capable of transporting two intensive care patients simultaneously and extended medical crew if requested. The cargo door eases the loading of the stretchers and the medical equipment. The aircraft is ideal and cost effective solution for air ambulance flights in the region. LEARJET AMBULANCE AIRCRAFT The LearJet is the most commonly used jet aircraft for medical transport. The two engine jet plane s cruising altitude is feet ( m), its speed is above 700 km/h, and its range is almost 3000 km. Should our clients require a long haul repatriation we will utilise this airplane operated by our strategic partner company.
