8 AIRPORT CHARGES Forms of payment: Forms of payment Cash Credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AmEx) Bank transfer Currency HUF, EUR, USD HUF In the case of a signed contract or in advance Domestic flight: A flight is considered a domestic flight if its destination in the officially issued flight plan is in the territory of Hungary. Domestic flights are subject to 27% VAT. 2. LANDING FEE 2.1 Definition Fee payable for the use of runway and/or taxiways, considering the maximum take off weight (MTOW) of the given aircraft. 2.2 The calculation of aircraft weight (MTOW) The maximum structural take off weight of the aircraft in tons, on the basis of the aircraft airworthiness certificate. At the calculations of maximum take off weight each commenced 1000 kgs is considered as one more ton. OLDAL: 8 / 22

10 2.6 Discounts 75% discount is guaranteed from charges calculated on the basis of maximum take off weight: practising flights flights completed aiming to issue aircraft airworthiness certificate flights completed for testing aircraft equipment on board calibration flights (testing navigation equipment, ILS) practising and training approach flights and touch-and-go landings 50% discount is guaranteed from charges calculated on the basis of maximum take off weight: landing of helicopters, autogiros 3. PARKING FEE 3.1 The definition of parking fee Fee charged for the positioning and parking of aircraft at airport apron stands, in designated bays and in hangars assigned for aircraft parking, considering the maximum take off weight (MTOW) of the given aircraft. * Parking in hangar is available following prior agreement and in vacancies, up to 14 metre wingspan. 3.2 The calculation of aircraft weight (MTOW) The maximum structural take off weight of the aircraft in tons, on the basis of aircraft airworthiness certificate. PASSENGER SERVICE CHARGE 4.1 The content of passenger service charge ticket handling ( charter* and scheduled flights* ) passport control customs transportation of passengers to/from aircraft (usage of wheelchair if needed or on demand) Persons having passed security check will be referred to as passengers. 12 4.2 The rate of passenger service charge Debrecen International Airport will only charge its departing passengers the following fees: Charge Quantity 8,00 EUR 1 departing passenger 4.3 Exemptions Children below the age of 2 passengers of technical flights on board transit passengers* aircraft crew the patient, the attendant and the members of the medical crew of an ambulance flight * Transit passenger: Passenger who continues the journey on the aircraft with the same flight number as on arrival. Charter flight: Seasonal flights with a schedule officially approved by the National Transport Authority Directorate for Air Transport, but not frequently flying to the airport Scheduled flight: Flights with a schedule officially approved by the National Transport Authority Directorate for Air Transport, and frequently flying to the airport OLDAL: 12 / 22

SECURITY FEE 5.1 The content of security fee manual and computerised security check of passengers and their checked and hand luggage Persons having passed security check will be referred to as passengers. 5.2 The rate of security fee Debrecen International Airport will only charge its departing passengers the following fees: Charge Quantity 2,00 EUR 1 departing passenger 6. EXTRA OPENING HOURS 9.1 The content of extra opening hours use of airport infrastructures, facilities and services over the opening hours issued in NOTAM during the summer operations period (between 01 April and 30 September) 9.2 Requesting extra opening hours all requests concerning extra opening hours shall be sent to the Operations Department 48 hours prior to arrival / departure in writing to the following address: [email protected]. all charges regarding extra opening hours shall be paid in advance to the handling company 48 hours prior to arrival / departure. 9.3 The cancellation of extra opening hours All flights to be operated during extra opening hours and cancelled with less than 24 hours notice given before planned arrival / departure shall be charged at 100% of the total extra opening hours charge. 9.4 The rate of extra opening hours In the case of extra opening hours each commenced hour shall be charged applying the charge of the appropriate period. In each case a minimum of 2 hours shall be charged. OLDAL: 15 / 22

REFUELLING The contracted fuel supplier at Debrecen International Airport is TOTAL HUNGARIA Kft Types of fuel JET A1 Kerosene litre tanker, refuelling at aircraft stand Avgas 100 LL - Refuelling at a fuel station situated at the apron Fuel prices Invoice is completed on the basis of prices determined by TOTAL HUNGARIA Kft., following the customer s statement regarding the destination of the flight and the quantity of fuel requested and concerning the usage of fuel as well as the requested and actually fuelled amount. Forms of payment Cash Currency HUF, EUR, USD Credit card (VISA, EC / MC) HUF Bank transfer Fuel cards In the case of a contract in advance via Air TOTAL For the list of accepted cards please contact the operations department According to new customs regulations, refuelling of international commercial flights with Jet A-1 shall only exclude excise duty tax if the mentioned flights are operated under a flight number and the crew have the appropriate documentation to prove the commercial nature of the flight (e.g.: AOC, an assignment, an order, or an invoice), that is, the flight is operated at customer s order. CATERING 12.1 Catering supplier The catering supplier of Debrecen International Airport is Fanny Line Kft Menus Complete menus are available at request from the Operations Department Other orders In the case of prior agreements and written order, airline orders will be provided Placing an order A written catering order must be sent to the operations department and needs to include the following: The description and exact amount of the chosen menu(s) In the case of other orders, the exact name and amount of the requested catering items The ordered catering is to be ordered on the Catering Request Form and confirmed and signed by the Captain of the aircraft. Changes and the exact time and date of delivery ought to be arranged with aircraft crew. OLDAL: 21 / 22
