Locally Commissioned Adult Substance Misuse Services: CRI REACH Structured Day Programme CRI REACH Structured Day Programme Unit 2 Ilex House 94 Holly Road Twickenham TW1 4HF Tel: 020 8891 0161 Fax: 020 8892 3363 Referral Process: Referral to the programme can be made voluntarily via local substance misuse services, other health services or by self referral. Clients can also be referred non-voluntarily by Probation as part of a Drug Rehabilitation Requirement (DRR) order. The CRI Structure Day Programme is available to both drug and alcohol clients, including clients coming from a Criminal Justice referral. The programme will provide each client with an individualised, structured treatment designed to best suit his or her individual needs. The REACH structured day programme is a 12 16 week treatment programme for people with drug and/or alcohol misuse issues. The programme provides intensive treatment for clients who are abstinent and those aiming to reduce their drug and alcohol use/achieve abstinence. This means that clients can access the support, advice and information available at the service without an appointment between 2pm and 5pm Monday to Friday, and until 8pm on Tuesday evenings. Referrals for an assessment can be made by the following DAIS provides open access tier 2 interventions and structured tier 3 interventions to anyone experiencing difficulty with drugs and/or alcohol. Clients can use the open access service without appointment every afternoon or appointments can be made via telephone for appointments in the morning, afternoon or evening. Services provided include: one to one support advice and information harm reduction work and relapse prevention Staff at DAIS can also facilitate onward referral to other local services as appropriate. The service offers both tier 2 and tier 3 interventions, including: advice and information on substance misuse issues harm reduction advice and information advice around housing and educational resources.. Assertive Outreach for substance misuse clients in Richmond. SPEAR AOT will work with agencies to identify individuals who may benefit from accessing substance misuse treatment and work with them to support their engagement with treatment services.
