THE BASICS OF DILROOM DilRoom is a virtual data room solution accessible in SaaS mode (Software As A Service) which secures, accelerates and simplifies the sharing and distribution of sensitive or confidential information. Assisted implementation The creation wizard makes the process of setting up the data room extremely simple (importing a folder structure with automatic indexing, importing contacts via an Excel file, selecting notification options and configuring the Q&A feature). Managing permissions by user group and folder To control access to documents as precisely as possible, DilRoom allows you to define rights to carry out specific actions for specific groups of users and specific folders. THE Q&A MODULE Management of access rights to the Q&A module Q&A module with or without moderation Automatic notifications Option of adding attachments to answers Limits on the number of questions each contact can ask Intuitive and simple management The manager can moderate the questions: blocking questions, answering them himself or passing them on to an expert. The questions are not visible to other contacts until an answer is given.
