3 of AnyShare Brief Introduction of AnyShare AnyShare 3.5 is a cloud-drive-based secure content and online file sharing platform. As it based on cloud storage, AnyShare aims to offer private file cloud solutions for mobile work, desktop virtualization and BYOD, assisting medium and large enterprise or organization in building a unified file management and work platform. At least 2 storage node or management node in the system. Any node failure will have no effect on system external services. Multiple nodes ensure high availability and load balancing, resources can be efficiently allocated to satisfy mass concurrency. Any file will be stored with 3 or more copies to ensure data backup, availability and security (up to %). These deleted files are not actually removed from AnyShare until the recycle bin is emptied. Users can restore files deleted in error to original location. All owners can empty or permanently delete files in recycle bin to release occupied storage space. Chapter 3 Sharing and Collaboration 3.1 File Sharing Authorization Public Share Shared Link Different from typical sharing with sharing and downloading, Files in AnyShare can be accessed, shared and collaborated by setting permissions. A patent sharing mode, which make file discoverable within a specified scope and simplify sharing. Files can be shared by links with password and expiration date to ensure data security. 3.2 File Collaboration Collaboration Users can collaborate with file lock, conflict policy and file versions. 3.3 File Download Download-on-Trigger All files within permission can be viewed in Share Disk, while only those which 8 / 11

Changes of all downloaded files or folder will auto synchronize to server. 3.4 File Real-time Delayed Complete Status When client is online, all cached or modified files will be auto synchronized to server. When client is offline, all cached or modified files will be auto synchronized the moment client is online. All file changes will be synchronized such as content, file property, access rights. Details of file synchronization can be viewed, including synced, failed, complete synchronization and number of files waiting to synchronize. 3.5 File Searching Rapid Location Full-text Search File or folder can be located by enter file or folder name. Both file name and content can be searched by keywords 3.6 Offline Access Offline Access Offline Status When network is not stable or there is no network, files can also be created and only cached files can be accessed or modified.
