Assistant Digital Archivist Jb Summary: The incumbent will appraise, edit, and direct safekeeping f Parliament s permanent recrds and participate in research activities based n archival materials under the supervisin f the Digital Archivist. Reprts t: Digital Archivist Supervises: Nne Key Respnsibilities: Oversees the regular transfer f materials identified fr permanent preservatin frm Parliament Departments t the Parliamentary Archives Unit Helps t manage the Parliament histrical archives and maintain effective recrd management. Retrieves items n request fr bth members f staff and the general public. Assists the Digital Archivist with administratin f Freedm f Infrmatin requests. Acts as a pint f cntact in cnjunctin with the Digital Archivist fr all internal inquires cncerning archival and recrds management issues. Undertakes ad-hc prjects and ther duties that may be required by the Digital Archivist.
