Diaries not found as per the specifications mentioned in the order will be rejected at the supplier cost. 9. Bills for part delivery shall not be considered for payment until the entire order is executed / supplied at the respective places. TDS at prevalent rate will be deducted while making payment. No request for advance payment shall be considered. 10. If for any reason whatever, delivery is not made before or on the stipulated date, Bank shall forfeit the earnest money deposit of Rs.10,000/- and shall treat the order cancelled at the bidder s cost and at its sole discretion to clause the work done / diaries printed through other printers of its choice. 11.
