We are pleased to announce the 1 st edition of the International Conference on Future Opportunities for Small Engine Technologies, that will be held in Pontedera and in Pisa on 25 and 26 October 2012. The Conference will assess the status and focus on the future of small engines as well as of their applications, covering the following main areas: Engines and Components Engine Applications (Vehicles, Machines, Devices) Fuels and Lubricants The conference is intended to be a forum of international level for information exchange, discussion, networking among players in these technologies. Conference Venue Thursday, 25 October : Museo Piaggio Giovanni Alberto Agnelli - viale Rinaldo Piaggio 7, Pontedera (PI): Opening ceremony and Session I and II. After the closure of the Session II a bus transfer will be organized to PISA where the congress dinner will take place. In the frame of the dinner a testimonial meeting with technical protagonists of the racing scene will be hold. Friday, 26 October : Università di Pisa, Facoltà di Ingegneria - via Diotisalvi 2, Pisa: Session III and Round Table. Language & Presentations Presentations will be written and presented in English. It will be possible to download them from the ATA website. The access will be limited to the participants, by using a password that will be provided by ATA via email a few days after the Conference. Some innovative Presentations may be eligible for subsequent publication in ATA Review. Registration & cancellation policy You can register either on-line or via fax/email. Refunds will be given to cancellations received in writing prior to 14 October 2012. No refunds will be given after this deadline. Replacement delegates are welcome at any time.
