Simultaneous translation will be not provided. Certificate of Attendance All registered participants will receive the certificate of attendance along with their personal congress kit. ECM Credits Accreditation for ECM will be not requested to the Italian Health Ministry. Slide Centre The Main Hall (Aula del ʻ400) is equipped only with a computer slide projector, whereas neither traditional slides nor overhead projectors for transparencies are available. It will be not possible to use personal laptops in the Main Hall, unless previously authorized by the Organizing Secretariat OIC Srl. Speakers are kindly requested to use PowerPoint for Windows. The use of CD-Rom, pen or memory stick is advisable to easily download the presentations. Presentations on personal laptops must be downloaded at the Slide Centre before the session.

3 REGISTRATION AND HOTEL RESERVATIONS THE REGISTRATION IS FREE. THE NUMBER OF SEATS AVAILABLE IS LIMITED TO 200. The registration includes: - admission to scientific sessions - final programme - badge and certificate of attendance - working lunches and coffee breaks - congress bags with pads and pens Hotel reservations will be managed by OIC Way Srl. Full payment for the booked period (including Euro 20,00 - VAT included - for the booking fee) is requested in order to ensure that your hotel reservation is confirmed properly. Cancellation refund policy In case of cancellation of hotel reservations, please apply in writing to the Organizing Secretariat OIC Srl. th For cancellations received within March 9, 2010 the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 50% as a penalty charge. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 10th, Authorized refunds will be processed only after the end of the Congress. Booking fee will not be refunded. Lunches and coffee breaks Lunches and coffee breaks will be offered to all regularly registered participants on March 20th and 21st, Visit to the CNAO On 21st March it will be organized a visit to the CNAO. At the end of the scientific sessions, after the lunch, it will be available a transfer service from the Congress Venue to the CNAO and return for those who requested it in the registration form.

4 HOW TO REACH PAVIA Pavia is in Lombardy, in the North of Italy, about 35 kilometres south of Milan. It can be reached: BY AIRPLANE: The closest airports are: Milano Linate (LIN), smaller but easier to reach, and Milano Malpensa (MXP). From Linate it could be convenient to take a taxi or the shuttle bus (in front of the domestic arrival terminal every 20 minutes) to Milano Centrale railway station and then continue by train to Pavia. From Malpensa several shuttles (the Malpensa Express train is the quickest) go to Milan. The trip takes about one hour (during rush hours it could take longer). BY TRAIN: Most trains between Milan and Genoa stop in Pavia. Information and schedule can be found at the Trenitalia web site ( BY CAR: The simplest route to Pavia by car is the A7 Milan-Genoa highway. Exit at Bereguardo (Pavia Nord) and follow the signs to Pavia. If you are travelling on A21 Torino-Piacenza coming from East (from Piacenza) you can use exit Broni-Stradella and follow the signs to Pavia; if you are coming from West (from Turin), take A7 North (to Milan) in Tortona and exit in Bereguardo. If you are coming via the A1 Milan-Bologna (direction North) you can either use exit Casalpusterlengo and follow the signs to Pavia or take A21 West (to Turin) in Piacenza (this second possibility is longer but preferable in case of traffic jams or fog). In any case to reach the meeting venue, Aula del ʻ400, once you have reached Pavia follow the signs to the city centre.
