3 DEADLINE The deadline for submitting the application form is March 20 th For logistic reasons all contacts must be established within and not later than March 20 th To apply, please send the following documents fully signed by , fax or post: 1. Application Form complete as fully as possible. 2. Your updated CV. This must follow the European format. You can download the format from and In your CV please state in detail, all your relevant work experiences, starting with your current post and duties and working back. In particular, please describe the extent of your skills and experience in the field of film or television archive. 3. A supporting letter from a Head of a FIAF-member archive or organisation. This documents must be sent to the Film Restoration Summer School / FIAF Summer School 2009 coordinator: c/o L Immagine Ritrovata to the attention of Elena Tammaccaro Via Riva di Reno, Bologna Italy Tel.: Fax: [email protected] PARTICIPATION FEE Participation fee: EUROS Participation fee includes: registration, festival pass, room for 21 days (from Saturday 27 to Saturday 18) and lunch for 16 days (from Sunday 28 to Friday 17 all days except Saturday and Sunday out of the festival week). If there are too many applicants, a selection will be made. If your application will be accepted you should pay the course fee in advance, not later than May 15 th.

4 Applicants who do not pay by the due date will be excluded and replaced by the folllowing eligible candidates on the list.
