With KRM, you choose the experience you want your registrants to have, as well as the payment options you want to allow (check, money order, credit card or invoice) using KRM s secure e-commerce system. Registration options Full-Service Registration and Support: Your audience has the option of registering by phone, fax, mail and online and also includes full access to the KRM Call Center (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CT). Self-Service Registration and Support: You take your own registrations and provide customer service support to your registrants. KRM provides technical support the day of your events. Invoice/purchase order collection: If you have registrants who need to pay via invoice or purchase order, KRM will collect this information and send it to you.
