Getting Started There are 2 ways to self-enroll: Online Banking or via Mobile App Online Banking: Step 1: Log in to Online Banking Step 2: Select Options > Mobile Settings > Mobile Web Settings Step 3: Complete the fields and click Submit a) Choose whether to receive enrollment, transfer, and payment confirmations via text message (If you select No, no notifications will be sent for enrollment, transfers, or Bill payments). b) Enter mobile device Number c) Select Wireless provider for your phone number d) Select which accounts you would like to access via Mobile Web. Logging In Use same log in as Online Banking (Netteller ID and Password) and agree to the terms and conditions. Who can use Self Enrollment? Users who have previously logged into our Online Banking website successfully. Users who are not being collected to reset their password. 5
Home Home is the initial screen for Mobile Banking and allows quick access to all application options. These options are: My Accounts Transfer Pay Bills Deposits (available if you are setup for Mobile Deposit) Alerts Locations Select Log Out to log out from the app. Select the question mark icon to access the Help screen. 6
Accounts Accounts list all of the accounts associated with the user, including deposit, credit, and loan accounts as tabs. The primary account will display with transaction history. To select another account slide the screen to select the appropriate account. Clicking on a transaction will display additional details. Slide screen left to view other accounts. 7
Transfers Transfers allows you to transfer funds between accounts. 1. From the Home screen, select. 2. Select Transfer From Account. 3. Select Transfer To, to choose the destination account. 4. Select Amount to enter in the amount to be transferred. 5. Select Transfer Date to choose the date of the transfer from the calendar. 6. Select Submit Transfer to transfer funds. A confirmation screen appears. Select Make Another Transfer or Home Screen to continue. 8
Bill Pay Pay bills through your mobile device from accounts connected to Mobile Banking. Comcast Cable 1. From the Home screen, select. 2. Select a Payee from the list that displays. 3. Additional options will appear. 4. Select Pay From Account to choose the account to pay the bill. Enter an amount to pay in the Payment Amount field. 5. Select Process Date to select a payment date from a calendar. To add a personal memo, select Memo and enter your memo. 6. Select Submit. A payment confirmation screen appears after you've completed a successful payment. Select Make Another Payment to start the process again, or select Home Menu. 9
Mobile Deposit Deposit checks from your mobile device to accounts connected to Mobile Banking. (This feature is only available through the App, not on the Mobile Browser.) Mobile carrier fees for message and data plans may apply. Mobile Deposit applicants are subject to approval. Tips for depositing checks Ensure your check is properly filled out and legible with a valid endorsement on the back. Make sure the entire check is shown in the camera box and position your mobile device s camera directly over the check to capture a clear image. Partial images will reject. Place the check on a clutter-free surface preferably with a background color that contrasts from the check. Review the check image. If it is blurry or not legible, retake the image. Hold onto the check until you verify the funds have been posted to your account. (Recommended minimum of 5 calendar days.) Permanently destroy the check after holding period. Keep in mind that deposits made before 4pm will be posted to your account the next business day. Deposits made after 4pm will post on the second business day. 10
Mobile Deposit (continued..) Making a deposit 1. From the Home screen, select. 2. Click on the Check Front spot and capture a clear shot of the check front. 3. Submit the image by selecting use or retake the image if it is not legible. 4. Repeat the process for the Check Back. 5. Select Check Amount and enter the amount of the deposit. 6. Select Deposit to Account and choose the account you want to deposit to. 7. Select Deposit Check. 8. A confirmation will appear after your check has successfully been deposited. Review Deposits 1. From the Home Screen, select. 2. Your most recent deposits will display on the right side of this screen. 11
Alerts Alerts lists the current alerts created by the user in Online Banking. You can create multiple alerts for events such as statement availability and high account balance. Selecting the alert will display additional details. 12
Locations Locations allows you to search for branch and ATM locations on your device, either through a manual search based on Zip Code or City/State, through use of the device's GPS, or by displaying all. 13
