in vino veritas - in wine there is truth Fattoria Terranova The Terranova farmhouse is located on the hilly area of Sorrento surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, fig and citrus plants. The produce is cultivated and transformed into delicious sauces, pâtes, and flavoured oils. Alberti Alberti s sweets are the result of over 150 years of experience by their master pastry chefs. Alberti s nougat is produced in Benevento and only quality ingredients go into making their famous Torrone, cakes and chocolates. Garofalo Garofalo pasta comes from the home of pasta- Gragnano near Naples. The pasta is made with durum wheat. The pasta is extruded through bronze dyes which roughens the surface so the shape holds more sauce. Caffè Kimbo Naples the world capital of espresso coffee, is where Caffè Kimbo started. It s one of the great Italian success stories. Today Kimbo is exported worldwide and is available now in the UK. Ferrarelle & Natia The Ferrarelle mineral springs are located in Riardo, Caserta. The volcanic terrain enriches the water with healthy minerals beneficial to your health and wellbeing. Caputo Caputo 00 Flour is ideal for making home made pasta and pizza. La Doria Quality fruit juices from La Doria can be used as cocktail mixers or enjoyed on their own. Ricciardi Traditional biscuits from Campania available in savoury or sweet varieties. Gentile Gentile is one of a small handful of producers in Gragnano who are still producing pasta using the same traditional techniques that this town became famous for. Hard durum semolina is extruded through bronze dies so it has a scruffy, rough surface, perfect for holding sauce. It's dried at low temperatures for three to four days, depending on the shape, which gives it vastly more flavour and a chewier texture. in vino veritas - in wine there is truth Feudi Di San Gregorio Based in Irpinia, Campania, Feudi Di San Gregorio has single-handedly pioneered winemaking in the region, investing everything in its strong belief in Campania s plentiful indigenous Italian grape varieties. Vesevo The vineyards are situated between 450-550m above sea level and are always subject to a cool breeze that blows off the Bay of Naples. This same breeze has, over the centuries, blown volcanic ash from Vesuvius inland giving the soil here a volcanic character rich in minerals and trace elements, giving a real depth of flavour to the grapes. Fattoria Selvanova This young estate is located north of Caserta in an ancient and unspoilt area. From the rare Pallagrello grape, we have a wine that will appeal to those looking for new tastes from Italy. Terredora The wines exhibit a distinctive personality due in part to the altitude at which the vineyards are found, the soil and the thermal fluctuations which develop the wines that are intense and elegant with complex bouquets. Marisa Cuomo The company is located in the town of Furore at 500m above sea level. The area is planted with vines stretching 10 hectares on vertical rock walls. The soil is composed of dolomitic limestone rocks. The wines are stored in oak barrels buried deep in the cool mountain. Marisa Cuomo has become the most important producer in the tiny Costa d Amalfi DOC on the Sorrento Peninsula Nanni Copè Giovanni Ascione founded the vineyard in 2007. The product he makes is a combination of his love for making fine wines and the beautiful unpolluted area of Castel Campagnaro. D Antiche Terre Starting in 1989 with only 40 hectares, Gaetano Cicarella and his team are moved with a passion to create exceptional wines and spirits. The Grappa is aged in oak barrels for 18 months, taking on a golden colour with tones of dry fruit. The Spumante is produced in a manner similar to Champagne. The result is a pale straw colour, which has a lively sparkle and perlage. It has a delicate bouquet of exotic fruits and ripe pear. Villa Massa Villa Massa is home to the coveted Sorrento lemons that make world famous Limoncello exquisite, distinctive and refreshing. Sorrento lemon rinds are uniquely rich in essential oils, and Villa Massa follow a 120 year old recipe to create the finest Limoncello from these lemons alone. Cassano Cassano 1875 produces hand-made liqueurs/digestifs on the Sorrento peninsula. The quality of their range is exceptional and this is due to the extremely high quality ingredients they use, produced using traditional methods. Villa Matilde The estate totals 140 hectares, most of which is given to vineyards with the remainder to olive grows and fruit trees. Surrounded by the Massico mountains, Villa Matilde draws its inspiration from ancient Greek times to produce quality wines from this region. The vineyards are on hillsides of volcanic origin facing the sea. Vinosia Vinosia is a young winery founded by Mario and Luciano Ercolino in 2003. The winery is located 5km from Taurasi, in a village called Luogosano meaning healthy place. Together, they are dedicated to expressing the potential and character of the region's wines by putting a modern spin on native varieties. Ocone Based in Ponte, near Benevento, this family-owned producer celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2010.
