Building Schedule New River Valley Virtual Building Design and Construction Schedule: Complete build out of Phase I initial 370,000 sq. ft. can be completed in 190 days. Upfit design for office and manufacturing/warehouse areas can be completed concurrently with the fine grading and initial construction process. Building materials can be ordered on the same day a client makes the decision to locate in the New River Valley.
