1 EUE/SCREEN GEMS STUDIOS ATLANTA The 10-stage, 33-acre Atlanta studio complex offers 212,000 Sq Ft of production space and 40,000 Sq Ft of office space. Opened in 2010, the studios are minutes away from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport with hourly flights daily to and from Los Angeles and New York City; the lot is five minutes from downtown luxury hotels, including the Loew s, the Four Seasons, the Ritz Carlton, the St. Regis and the W. GEORGIA FILM TAX CREDIT Georgia Film Tax Credit Is One of the Country s Best and Most Stable One of the top production states in the country, Georgia offers a strong, competitive incentive. Georgia s Entertainment Industry Investment Act provides a 20 percent tax credit for companies that spend $500,000 or more on production and post-production in Georgia, either in a single production or on multiple projects. The state grants an additional 10 percent tax credit if the finished project includes a promotional logo provided by the state.

2 SUPPORT FOR YOUR PRODUCTION Lighting, Electric and Grip: EUE/Screen Gems Lighting, Electric and Grip (LEG) is one of the largest suppliers of lighting and grip gear in the Southeast. We collaborate with our Wilmington studios to service productions shooting across North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. We re continually updating our equipment and working with clients to provide the right packages every day. Productions that shoot on our studio lot in Atlanta are required to use our LEG. Our trained professionals will work seamlessly with your team and your shooting schedule. We offer well-respected industry brands in our inventoy. Production Office Space: We offer 40,000 sq ft of furnished production office space. We offer Avaya telephone systems and high-speed wired Internet in all offices and Wi-Fi service across the lot. All office hubs include break rooms with refrigerators and microwaves. Conference rooms and ample parking are available. Support Spaces: The campus offers a variety of flex spaces for catering, mill, wardrobe, etc. Communications Services: Campus-wide high speed wireless Internet, and up to 100 Mbps (megabits/sec) wired Internet in every office, stage, support space and utility space; customizable phone system with direct dial numbers. Choice Locations Near the Lot: We re five minutes from downtown Atlanta s top-tier hotels, and hundreds of unique shooting locations throughout the city, including distinctive neighborhoods, professional sporting venues, churches, historic sites and parks. Vendors on the Lot: Entertainment Partners, Inc. and Transportation Resources, Inc. (motion picture transportation and truck rentals) are both located on-site.
